Great hotel on Flowood drive, in Flowood... Just out of way enough to ensure you have a quiet stay.... But at the same time, within two minutes is all kinds of restaurants, shopping, whatever you could want. Excellent staff that go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that even people with disabilities have an excellent stay. Pro tip: BEST pet friendly hotel in the area. We have birds and they absolutely were sweet to our birds. Thank y'all so much for everything.

Will not stay here again. TV went out at 9:30 pm for entire hotel. Called front desk & was hung up on twice so went down to lobby. Explained that I was going to have to find another hotel & get my money back if there is no TV service. Stated she would have to let me know when she found something out about the TV . This kind of customer service should be handled by the company.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Candlewood Suites in Flowood, MS and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, the staff at Candlewood Suites in Flowood were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always available to assist me with any inquiries or requests I had. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly made me feel like a valued guest. The rooms at this hotel were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and I didn’t have any trouble getting a good night's sleep. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy seating area, and a decent size flat-screen TV. Additionally, Candlewood Suites in Flowood offered a range of amenities that enhanced my stay. The complimentary laundry facility was very convenient. Overall, my experience at Candlewood Suites in Flowood, MS was exceptional. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and amenities all contributed to a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Didn’t like that there was dog hair everywhere. Floor wasn’t clean and was sticky. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I had to clean dog hair off the carts both time I had to use them. Washing machines have dog hair. They spray something on the beds which messed up my allergies.

The STAFF!!!! Top Tier They are so patient and helpful. What really stood out to me was that Christopher actually takes the time out to talk and interact with his staff. The whole staff also came together for morning prayer. That was absolutely beautiful to me. I also would like to recognize Tiffany. She has been so sweet and customer service skills are just out of this world. The staff has great leadership and it shows. To Crystal, Cam, and Jessica, Laquitia and I appreciate yall so much for hospitality and love that yall show us. From cleaning before the rooms are even suppose to be clean, to treating us like family…Thankyou Btw the newly renovated rooms look great💕

Positive: Location. I've stayed here many times. Negative: The shower head was leaking causing a reduction in pressure.

Ms.Tiffany was amazing !! She helped me throughout my stay & was so pleasant each & every time !! Her customer service is above & beyond !! Special shout out to Ms.Tiffany at the check in desk 😊😊 !

Positive: The ppl we meet, how they respect my wife and kids. Was great experience. Negative: Just wish you had another location in north jackson by hwy 40 and I-220 area. Definitely stay at candle wood again with my family. Negative: ""
