Tim was great! I called the hotel when I arrived by train and Tim had the shuttle bus picking me up within 5 minutes. He was upbeat and professional upon my check-in. He helped me update my loyalty club information and gave me a helpful orientation to the hotel. Nice to have coffee, snacks and laundry available. Room has larger refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. Coffee maker, hot plate. Easy stay.

Very nice service, and very clean room excellent location near Fairbanks International Airport. Lots of restaurants and eating places. It is very convenient by Homedepot and Walmart and other stores nearby. The shuttle bus was very good since I arrived and called 10 min. Arrived.

We had a good stay here, the amenities were good, however the cleanliness was not there. Our bathroom had some interesting spaces no one decided to clean so that was gross. overall though we had a good stay and the little kitchenette was convenient for our stay.

Exceptional! It has microwave and plate and ketchup and mayo in the common area. So detailed care made us feel well treated. And this attention to detail applied to everything in the room!! Everything is so great and even they let us use the business room after the check out until the shuttle bus comes. Great hotel!! Clean and nice!! I love to stay again…!!! The laundry was free and it’s also exceptional with gym!!!

Stayed here for a week in mid January. There was a little mixup or misunderstanding regarding getting a shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but it was quickly worked out by the front desk personnel. This was a huge relief at 12:30 am after a 12+ hour, two plane flight. Check in was fast and smooth. We had the two connecting rooms on the third floor and it worked perfect for our family of four with two older children. Free laundry and a good selection of products in their cabinet store were a plus. Kitchen was good for quick meals. The sunrise was gorgeous from the front of the hotel. |The lady who worked overnight, Karylyn(?) was very friendly and helpful. All of the housekeepers were nice and always smiling. The property manager was also very friendly. |Great experience here.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Near shopping & fast food establishments. We had a studio which was adequate for us and our medium sized dog. Room is very clean and nicely furnished. There is a low pet fee. We were on the 2nd floor, on the north side to avoid highway noise. Well, we didn't hear highway but back road noise. If you stay on this side of the building, ask to be on the 4th floor. Besides that, love the location.

This hotel was a mixed bag. Some of the front desk people were kind. We encountered two who were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I called for a shuttle from the train depot and the front lady at the desk told me she “didn’t have time to help right now”. I ended up getting an Uber, but DO NOT rely on their transportation. They couldn’t care less if they leave you stranded. When I showed up at the hotel, the same lady I spoke with was full of attitude. The room itself was just ok. Not particularly clean and no hot water, but had a nice table and full-sized fridge. There’s a gas station and Wal-mart within walking distance that are great for stocking up on groceries.

Well outfitted kitchenette. Hotpot and other stuff available to check out. Free laundry!!!! Nice, clean gym, power cords for plugging in cars. Good pillows and comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and even gave us their own personal hand warmers when we ran out. We bought some and returned them.
