Candlewood Suites El Dorado, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in El Dorado - 2210 Junction City Rd, USA

I truly enjoyed the front desk staff, as they always greeted me and made me feel valued. I especially felt valued when interacting with Christina because she greeted me by my name, which is not common. My room was overall clean, but I would recommend my particular room to have a deep clean of the kitchen floor, bath tub drain and the skirt of the bed. I would stay here again and recommend this Candlewood Suites to friends and family. Thank you

We arrived very early, tried to see when we might could check in. I was told they would call us when our room was available. 3 PM comes around, go inside to check in, greeted like they had never spoke with me. We get settled in our room and all we can hear is stomping and yelling from upstairs. They called the front desk and she graciously took care of the problem. At almost 10 pm, it starts again, even louder. Call up front ain't again she gets them to be quiet. Then it starts up again at 4 am, The way you're done, pack up, and go to check out. Then, I'm told that they cannot check us out because of some issues with the night audit. So i'm not able to get a receipt. She reassured me that as soon as they were able to check us out that she would email me a copy of my receipt, and as you can guess there is not one. The sound proof rooms are a joke.

My husband was staying here for 2nights and each day he sleep was disrupted due to the constant knocking on the door Granted there was No DoNot Disturb sign in his room to keep place. At the desk he was discussing his irritation with the lady and everything was cool Until the so called Manager comes out from the back and rudely inserted herself in the conversation. Instead of providing customer service she escalated the situation which has now upset my husband and then going to tell him he can’t come back. The manager needs to be trained on proper communication and management skills when dealing with customer of different race. The way he was treated we will not stay at this location Anyway

Please DO NOT stay at this location!! My husband stayed here for 3 days with NO housekeeping. We had to stay in a room with trash and piles of wet towels. When I approached the front desk I was told the entire housekeeping staff was off. I understand that people should have time off , but if you’re expecting guest they should be notified of this so they make the decision to stay or not. I’ve been waiting for the Christiana (manager) to call me for hours, but she’s refused to call. So, please think twice before staying here.

We love staying at the candlewood. Having a full size fridge and kitchenette makes it more affordable because I can bring groceries and prepped food to prevent spending money eating out.

overall i had no complaints with my room or check in or checkout process. the only complaint i have is that they offer a free laundry room but only have 1 working washer and 4 dryers.

I've seen this hotel chain before and never stayed until recently. I was beyond pleased with my experience. The hotel staff was very personable and kind. The beds were clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this chain again.

You would be amazed when you sleep in their bed. I have never felt the most comfortable bed out of other hotels. I would continue to use this hotel for my visits to my hometown.
