Candlewood Suites Dickinson, an IHG Hotel - Featured Reviews (199)
Candlewood in Dickinson was beyond my expectations. There isn’t much to choose from in Dickinson but if you’re staying for work, family vacation, wedding, this hotel is it! I travel alone for work and this hotel made me feel safe and comfortable. The front desk staff were so kind and the room was so clean! I felt comfortable using the kitchen and dishes because it was so clean! Very impressed with how well the employees run this hotel. Keep up the good work Dickinson Candlewood!
We were impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel.
I stayed here as a stopover while on a coast-to-coast trip with a dog . . . late check-in, early checkout. The hotel was perfect in the context of a roadside stay. The property was modern, clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. The room was also quite spacious with a large work area. ||The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or breakfast area, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, including almost all major fast food chains and some casual dining; you might be surprised how this small, remote town on the North Dakota prairie has so much to offer. The room has a full refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, and stovetop so those so inclined could cook a meal in the room.||Pet-friendliness was a key criterion in hotel selection all along my coast-to-coast route. "Pet fees" are, sadly, becoming the norm, but I appreciate that this property has kept the pet fee at $25 while competitors are charging an outrageous $50 or even $75. There are plenty of grassy areas adjacent to the parking lot where doggies can "do their business".||The only downside to this hotel was that the activation of the shower was highly unusual; it involved twisting the faucet. I've never seen such a thing. I almost did not figure it out.
This place was great. Fantastic staff, super friendly, spotless rooms and made us feel right at home. We will be back.Thank you Angie!!
The manager is amazing! Stayed a couple months ago and helped me when my truck got stuck at night in at -30. Awesome guy! Amazing rooms for a great price. Though the tvs could may use a little update, rooms are still amazing.
This property delivers on all fronts if you're looking for a clean, comfortable room at a fair price. While there is nothing extraordinary about the property, it was all good: quick check-in, friendly staff, modern and clean and safe and well-maintained. Spacious room. Comfortable and cleaning bedding and linens. Good WiFi, nice large desk area. There is no on-site dining or breakfast, but pretty much every fast food chain known to man is nearby, with plenty of full service restaurants in the area as well.
My pooch liked the place too; her review is "arf! arf!". There are plenty of grassy expanses on and adjacent to the property for 4-legged friends to "take care of business".
Good hotel to stay in while on our road trip. Well appointed and very clean room. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was in good repair. Nice breakfast included in the morning. Free parking. Ask for a room on the top floor away from the elevator.
Positive: Great new hotel. Easy access for a quick stay passing through getting on/off I94. Lots of food options close by. Dunn Brothers was a godsend for breakfast since none was offered. Very nice layout and very comfortable beds. Great choice of Dove products. Negative: Maybe offer a continental breakfast if possible. Negative: ""

I got married last fall, and we booked a room block at the Hawthorn. Kim and her team were phenomenal to work with! We had our rehearsal dinner there, and our wedding party all got ready there the morning of the wedding. Kim even hooked us up with a
Our family of 6 stayed in the suite room. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Lots of room to spread out. The rate was very decent. Cheaper to book with them directly than Expedia. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety.
Our room was clean, spacious, had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were very comfortable. Most impressive though was the breakfast! Sweet and salty options, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, great coffee bar, etc. And the woman working the bre

If you are young or old, fit or just wanting to start working out...this gym is for you. I got a personal trainer, Ana, because this was my first gym experience and I didn't know what I was doing at all. Ana made sure my expectations were reasonable.
Very friendly service and great food. The spring rolls were amazing - the peanut dipping sauce was perfect...! The Pho was also fantastic.. no option for grilled pork in the Bun and no Bahn Mi sandwiches on the small menu. Highly recommended for s
I really enjoyed my meal here! I ordered a cheeseburger salad, and it was so delicious! I didn't even need to add the ranch, but I sampled it and it was homemade and nice and creamy!

Double Mushroom and Swiss with coleslaw. Super service and food. So refreshing to find a great place to eat, never been here before...just passing through town. I would definitely be back if I lived closer. ð
Back in 2019 in route to Glacier National Park saw signage for the Enchanted Highway. Things like this are the reason I drive vs flying, to the main attraction. You can enjoy the unique things you find along your trip. It may have taken me a distanc
