Candlewood Suites DFW South, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Fort Worth - 4200 Reggis Ct, USA

This place is great. I booked last minute due to a bad air bnb. I am staying here for over a month and it’s been two weeks. The staff here are courteous, extremely helpful, and genuinely good folks. The rooms are big and very comfortable. I just moved here and this hotel has made the experience wonderful. Thank you!! 🙏

Situé entre Dallas et Fort-Worth, à proximité de l'aéroport DFW. Parking gratuit. Accueil très sympathique, je suis arrivé dès 13h mais pas de soucis pour avoir la chambre. Salle de sport et ordi à disposition. La chambre est confortable mais le passage des avions à relativement basse altitude peut-être gênant. La chambre est spacieuse, propre avec une kitchenette et un bureau. Literie confortable. Salle de bains satisfaisante. Je recommande.

Idk, maybe I've just stayed in one's that do breakfast, but no breakfast here, just some sludge coffee in an instant machine. Wait, come to think about it all the Candlewoods I've stayed at have offered it. You think NO BREAFAST AVAILABLE Would be something you would stress either on the IHG app or on your Google listing. Also, I don't really appreciate the attitude of the morning clerk when I asked him about breakfast.

The room itself was tidy and clean; no issues there. Unfortunately, the service I experienced was atrocious. My flight was cancelled so I had to book with Candlewood last minute around 11pm. The shuttle is a mini van that can sit a max of 6 people; so we were left waiting for over an hour on the shuttle to come back to pick us up from the airport. We called the hotel over and over and nobody picked up. My family ended up giving up on the shuttle and taking a taxi which was pretty expensive. Thanks to us waiting for over an hour with zero communication from the hotel or shuttle service, we arrived around 1:30am. The shuttle driver was extremely rude, and the front desk worker was also very rude. The only positive experience was the next morning, the front desk worker Neshmaly was fantastic. She treated us with actual respect and sympathized with how chaotic our night had been. She also kept us in the loop on how the shuttle works, and when it would be arriving to take us to the airport. Neshmaly deserves a raise.

Let me just start by say this. I've been to some really horrible hotels in the past, but coming here has given me hope that there are still some really good hotels to go to. From the time we reserved our rooms about a month ago, to the time we came it has been a breeze!!! We didn't have to give a credit card, we get to pay today when we check out. We had to get some papers printed and they were happy to oblige so we didn't have to go to staples. The amenities were amazing in the suite. Plenty spacious, CLEAN and relaxing!!! Hoping to bring my husband back here in the future for some relaxation!!!! Thank you Night, And Morning crew, you guys were so helpful 10/10 recommend

We stayed 2 nights. We were very close to the AA headquarters. The laundry facilities were some of the nicer I've experienced with the brand. The front desk staff was professional and friendly.

I booked a regular room. Nothing on site about the room or booking details being a handicap room. Front desk said no other rooms available, but look, on their own website, rooms are available for the same night. Front desk lied. Go somewhere else. Poor service, room details lie to you. Better hotels right next door! With breakfast included!

The front desk and housekeeping staffs are unbelievably AMAZING !!! Anytime I return to this area I will 100% stay here. I’ve worked in this industry before and everyone I came in contact with was so wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I know how hard that can be to do after a sell out night and everyone was outstanding.
