Best hotel stay I ever had in my life!!! Stayed a week. Felt like a cozy apartment. The hotel location was so peaceful, pretty, and lots of stores and restaurants. All hotel staff were all so sweet and friendly. Room was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in kitchen. Soo happy! Will come back again! Thank you Candlewood Suites🍭🥳🌈😁🌞❤️👏🏻💐

We loved the room and location of the hotel. The service upon check in..probably the worst experience I have ever had at an IHG hotel. The clean service worker was very kind. The weekend day shift front desk person was very friendly. We visited Colorado for a family emergency visit. Oh and they don’t have free toothbrushes and toothpaste, but thankfully target is right next door.

If you are looking for a great place to stay and traveling with your pet, this was tops. Staff even has doggie treats. Good location, comfortable bedding, and well maintained.

Did someone mention check-in nightmares? Front desk cancelled my reservation as we stood in front of employee. Then argued we had a”suite” instead of one bedroom. Told us we were confused.

As a business traveler, this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I did not stay as a long term guest but rather just an overnight guest. Although the owner claims otherwise there is No CNN and No Fox news available on the TV ( room 304 and I know how to use a remote and flip through every available channel...) The evening front desk lady was utterly clueless as to what programming is available as apparently Tod, the owner is . No breakfast is included or available except for a Couple ( literally)of apples . As a Platinum Elite member, I will not return to this property and will be very weary of any other Candelwood suite properties, though Im not sure that all are suffering from the same poor guest amenities.

It was a comfortable stay as per I like the room set up had a comfortable sleep shower in the morning for the long road trip ahead like the kitchen set up. The bed was comfortable. The lounging chairs were also comfortable to watch a sporting event the night before my travels.

There was only one room left, it was a suite. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and professional. Although the room was really nice, the bed was only a double so I couldn’t sleep with my husband. But he slept on the pull out sofa bed. We were just grateful to have a room. All other hotels were full. We are glad we got to stay here and we will definitely stay again if they have a room with 2 beds. Wonderful staff. The lady who checked us out was very sweet.

They were absolutely amazing all the staff front desk the manager everyone went above and beyond, including housekeeping. I booked a room for my son who was exhausted from driving many hours. They were very kind about getting him checked in and making sure he was comfortable. He called me to inform me he had left his rings on the bedside table. I contacted them they overnighted the rings to us. We had them within two days. They were so understanding so kind and so so efficient I cannot say enough good things about everyone working the front desk the manager housekeeping, everyone there. And the hotel itself was clean, quiet the room smelled fresh beds comfortable, good location it was just an amazing stay overall . This per my son .
