Positive: Spacious rooms Negative: The extra lock on the door was falling off. Looks like someone had busted through it or unscrewed it purposely so I did not feel very safe. I tightened the screws and moved some furniture in front of the door in case someone tried to break in

The staff at this place is incredible. They are just fantastic people. The room is very nice. Has everything I need for a long stay here. Not sure if someone just staying overnight. Would want one of these but the kitchenette in it is very nice for someone like me that's going to be here for 6 weeks. Value on it is incredibly good. Can't say anything bad about this property.

Positive: There was a cockroach on the ceiling, supposedly dead, according to the desk clerk. The desk clerk did respond to my informing of it immediately. The desk clerk said it was a wood roach and that they come in through the windows. Negative: Just knowing there are cockroaches in the hotel makes me uncomfortable. The thought they they could get into my luggage and me bringing them home is disgusting. Negative: ""

I initially checked into a neighboring hotel but decided it wasn't the place for me. There was availability here so I decided to stay and I'm SO glad I did! It had a full size refrigerator, a 2 burner stove top and dishes. It smelled nice and neutral when I opened the door. There were a couple of areas that might have been cleaned a little better but overall I was pleased with it. The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. There have a gym and computer area - I didn't use either but it's nice to know they're available. Although the hotel was at capacity the night before I left you couldn't tell because it was so quiet! Two of the three sides are surrounded by green space and is very quiet. They were doing exterior improvements while I was there and it's obvious there is pride of ownership here. Would revisit and recommend!

Positive: The desk clerk was WONDERFUL. All staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and clean. Negative: Not a thing.

We had to ask for a new room 3 times and ended up leaving anyway. The first room had a broken toilet, no blanket on the bed, and had drywall and trash everywhere. The other two rooms were equally as bad and one of them had no heat. The pictures on Google aren't even if the same hotel, it's of the hotel accords the street. They need to make some serious changes before this will be a nice hotel.
