This is the place to stay in this part of Houston! FOR THE MONEY & SERVICE THIS PLACE CAN’T BE BEAT! Rooms are very clean and nice. Service is off the charts. I needed assistance and the Manager Tonya Sprinkles stepped in, worked overtime, and helped me out. I tried to tip her cash and she wouldn’t accept the tip. She and this hotel are why we stay at IHG hotels. Thank you Ms. Tonya!

My stay was fantastic. It was wonderful being able to feel comfortable in a "hotel" room. Being able to lounge and sleep in separate areas is an absolute plus. Also not having or needing to go out to eat because you're hungry is the best. I love having a kitchen for the convenience. Who likes having to leave just to enjoy a meal after a long exhausting day?

This hotel is lovely, clean, and the staff is amazing! I accidentally booked the wrong location and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They worked to get it corrected quickly for us. I highly recommend staying at this property.

I have enjoyed the experience at the hotel. The staff always ask if I need help when arriving and leaving. I like the room assigned is away from the elevator. I never run out of coffee. I like the ice maker in the frigerator.

The rooms are great. The manager is BEST, had a storm come thru and part of the hotel lost power. She came back to the hotel to move people to different rooms that had electricity. Then she called people that had reservations to let them know. You tell when you want your room cleaned and it's done. I will stay here everytime I can.

Check-in was slow. Lack of hot water for the 3rd floor the week I stayed. No hairdryer. No Continental breakfast just coffee and a store to purchase vending type items. Never had the weekly room service from Monday- Leaving early Friday. Halls here hot & had an odor from trash or food. A/C shuts off automatically during the night as a "smart feature" to energy conservation. Decent hotel for the price and the room was nice for a long stay. Close to restaurants and 1 mile from where i needed to be.

Over all Good Experience, The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.
