The people were friendly but this is a hotel that is very much in need of an update. In the bathroom ceiling there were water marks from the floor above. The bathroom sink was just a sink with no counter and nowhere to put any personal items. It was nice to have a full size fridge and the stovetop and microwave. The bed was somewhat creaky and the furniture was well worn. It was an all right stay because I was very tired but it was somewhat dark and dingy. The people I came in contact with were great though. I think this could be a really nice place if fixed up a bit.
“Summer Fun”! Staff is excellent, from the front desk to the back team. Rooms are clean with lots or room to work if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need. This is my go-to hotel every 6 weeks when working in the area.

First, they don't know if our assigned room is away from the traffic noise, but they think so. Then I unwisely take the room and as bedtime approaches it seems like the 18 wheelers are running right thru our room. We called and asked to be moved. The front desk person offered the room next door (on the same side). I said that wouldn't help. We had to be away from the interstate. She then re-assigned us to a room on the quiet side. So, we moved rooms at 10:30pm. Neither room had a comfortable king bed. They had a chance to make a good impression and didn't at all. I will likely never be back.
Google this is not false I have the witness to prove it. I will repost this until the owners do something. Derek you know this is all true and reporting it won’t help you.
I am with a large company who used to stay here and Derek makes nothing but accusations. First he said 2 of my employees broke the elevator and he kicked them out then come to find out it was his maintenance guy. This is not the first time Derek has accused my employees of stuff that never happened. Never stay here. Talking to Derek the manager is like talking to a toddler. On top of this Derek called my boss fabricated lies and then admitted all of this to my boss. Luckily my boss listened to the witness and myself. If not Derek and his toddler temper tantrum would have gotten me fired. What Derek doesn’t know is that there was a witness on the phone. And to the owner. I asked for you to call me but Derek has refused. I know you don’t like the truth and you are defending your employee but your employee has lots of complaints and you can see that with the reviews.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you are a tourist, in the area for work, or not a local. Despite being a loyal customer advocate for many years, I have never encountered such unprofessional management. Many diamond members have reported frustrating experiences, describing interactions with management as akin to reasoning with a teenager whose sole solution is to have guests leave the premises.
I truly hate writing these kinds of reviews for my clients, especially since all my clients have had nothing but amazing or terrific experiences as diamond members with IHG hotels. However, I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to avoid this establishment until there is a significant change in management. The current team has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and hospitality that is unacceptable in the industry. Your comfort and satisfaction are paramount, and this hotel fails to meet even the basic standards.
Stay elsewhere until improvements are made.
Rooms are super clean ! Service was good .... The only issue there was someone staying there was doing burnouts several times, and the desk clerk said he didn't hear or see anything, and it was going on for about an hr ..... Whoever was driving the car was actually sliding it around the corner of the parking lot where our motorcycles were parked.... Then it just stopped....
We are enjoying our stay. We don't hear noise from the hallway and our room is nice sized. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is good with a stove top and microwave. It also has a full sized refrigerator and freezer.
The last two reviews were written by my daughter and her husband. The hotel WAS paid for and the managers comment that this was a false accusation and they were scamming out a free hotel is absolutely preposterous! They were told by the front desk that the manager had kicked them out and if they didn’t leave there would be consequences over the bad google review. When my daughters husband asked to speak to a manager, the lady at front desk said he refused! When he asked for a refund, she said she doesn’t have access to that!! We don’t know if she also lied to the manager about what actually happened, but now my daughter and husband are on the phone with IHG and the confirmation number to PROVE they have paid!!! Lying is embarrassing for a hotel manager!!!! Horrible horrible service. They were repeat customers with multiple kiddos in travel sports!!! You should be ashamed!
