Room was clean and comfortable, check in was smooth and quick. Customer service lacked. We had an issue with our toilet from the moment we arrived. Notified front desk in the morning and nothing was done about it by the end of the day. The gentleman at the desk in the evening had a “what do you want me to do about it attitude” reluctantly came to fix it but still it didn’t work properly but was a bit better. Did not like the fact we were made to feel like we were a bother

WOW! My first time staying here today. I stayed at all brand name hotels around UB for the last two years, and this is the best (most spacious, cleanist, functional, modern, etc.) hotel by far. I am kicking myself for not staying here for the last two years.

I work for AAA, everytime I have to come out from Syracuse to Buffalo, for work or even for my own pleasure, I always recommend this hotel. It's clean, staff is friendly and do not tolerate loud and obnoxious guests. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. It's not a 5 star hotel but clean, affordable, convenient and updated enough to where, in my mind, it qualifies as such.

Staffs were friendly. General Manager Jackie Lewis was very helpful and knowable. She answered every question I had. The suite was spacious and clean. I love the large windows, complete kitchen, big dinner table, comfy sofa and bed. Location is great. Driving to shopping malls and restaurants took only a few minutes. Also it is right next to UB.

We’ve used this hotel 2 years in a row for our Bills weekend visit,both times have worked out very well. The hotel is a bit far from the stadium,but close to grocery/shopping and it’s a fairly easy drive to Highmark stadium,roughly 30 minutes. Very clean,really like the room with the seperate bedroom with a TV,full kitchen and good sized living room with a TV as well. Great value,will be back next year-Go Bills!

Currently staying here. It’s 2:20 AM and I’ve had to call the front desk and the police about drunk, loud guests. This used to be a quiet family hotel and it now appears to be going down hill. I’m three nights into a four night stay here and I have been awoken each night after 1 AM by some type of noise. There are people partying and playing basketball in the parking lot which if fine except that goes on well after midnight. The noise is unbearable from above as you can hear the people above you walk and it sounds like a pounding stomp. Weird characters and groups of men hanging out in the parking lot. Generally feels unsafe and unacceptably loud. I have not been able to sleep through the night once during this stay due to excessive noise. I’ve moved rooms and unfortunately the noise was worse in the second room from above. I don’t think an uninterrupted nights sleep is too much to expect from a hotel.

This hotel was not only clean but pet friendly to the max. The area for our dog to do his duty was groomed and spotless. The staff was knowledgeable and generous taking the time to acquaint us with their city, restaurants, scenic walking areas to take our pooch. Upon Checkin Lisa was the best greeter I’ve had and I travel a lot. Room was well appointed clean and roomy. No stinky dog smell here! Thanks for a great visit…we’ll be back for sure!

Positive: Staff is phenomenal!! I've been staying at property over a month and feel like I'm at home. Negative: No pool or hot tub
