Candlewood Suites Atlanta West I-20, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lithia Springs - 913 Bob Arnold Blvd, USA

The rooms for this place aren't that bad, they just feel a bit cramped and they also offer a kitchen in the room but you have to go out to a store and pay all the materials. There's also a public pool and laundry, so that was pretty cool. The front desk crew was so nice and tried their best to help with everything. There was just one problem with my experience. My sister ordered joint rooms for the family, but our rooms ended up on two different floors. We were forced to split in half, and what sucks even more is that my sister called a few days before going to this hotel to confirm the joint rooms.

Basic suite hotel. Had all I needed but was a bit basic. I didn’t have too much of an issue - but others I travelled with did struggle with noise from other residents… (dogs and babies) walls do seem thin. Staff were good and helpful. Location suited me for my specific trip needs. Had a pool view - but wasn’t quite open yet.

Reserved 4 rooms with confirmation 3 months in advance. When arrived was told that because of over booking had to sleep on sofa bed instead of queen bed. No daily room service!! Had to bring old towels down to fron desk just to get new ones!! Pool closed for the whole day because of rain that morning!! Was suppose to stay 7 nights but checked out 2nd night into another Hotel. Never again!!!

Hotel room wasn't clean, had roaches....YES Roaches! Food inside the AC vent, stains on the ceiling, white stains in random spaces, blinds broken, dirty ironing board, etc. Upon arrival our room was cancelled because the manager lied and said he tried to call me 4 times, but in reality only called once and never left a message. I had to call right back and pay for my room in full for our stay over the phone without seeing the room. Once we got into the room the bathroom had dirty towel in the bathroom and roaches crawling over the tub. I asked to be moved but the staff person told me they were full and couldn't move us. I asked for the manager to call me once they came in the morning. The manger never responded to any of my messages just sent the cleaners up to clean our room. We left and came back and the cleaners missed all the problem areas. Trying to speak with the cleaners was hard because none of them speak English. So I had to download google translate and tell them what was wrong. After two days the room was finally clean but that didn't stop the roaches and the stains on the ceiling. I'm a proud member of IHG and this was by far the worst experience I'VE EVER HAD! I wish they let me upload more images and the videos I have please don't book this hotel. I reached out to management and still haven't heard anything. My suggestion is stay far away from this hotel. It's other hotels in the area that offers much more. -100/10 is my rating

The Location is located in an area by other hotels. You will enter the hotel parking lot by means of a right off the main road, and then a left that will take you into its parking lot. The lobby staff DEE and Amy were very accommodating. I needed additional towels for a king size room, and a late checkout for Sunday. They gave me until noon. I really enjoyed the neatness of the room, it is complete with a stove, silverware, and fridge, also microwave. The bathroom is very spacious, and the shower for our king, studio suite was very comfortable. The shower was stand alone, and had great water pressure. The outdoor pool looked a bit unclean, but I DID NOT GO OUTSIDE TO VERIFY THAT. I only saw it from a distance. One thing that I found to be exceptional with the hotel is that the staff really seemed to care. The room does come with some silverware but I would recommend bringing your own. There is also a dishwasher in the room along with soap and dish liquid. Very nice stay, simple hotel, and great staff. Looking forward to returning. The price also wasn't bad for the 2 nights that we stayed. Checked In Friday, Checking Out Sunday. Reminder: 2 star hotel has nothing to do with the service of the hotel. It simply refers to the AMENITIES That are offered, for example this hotel does not have a restaurant, or sauna, etc. Stars are given to hotels based on what they offer additionally, which unfortunately, also affects the pay as well !

This image from Google clearly depicts a set of cables. However, no cables are to be found in the fitness center. If that isn’t false advertising then I don’t know what is. Seeing as this is literally the only reason I stayed here, I am now incredibly unhappy with my experience. Please delete this photo off of your Google page.

Only thing good was location, dirty rooms stain sheets moldy restrooms roaches under kitchen sink dirty cups ,uneven restroom door socks from last tenant ,moldy showers talk to the front desk some white lady that didn’t seem to care stay 3 nights did address any of the complaints. Shi**y hotel

We checked in in the middle of the night with our two daughters. Upon entering the room we immediately see a cockroach. After we complained they moved us to a different room. Cleanliness of the second room (in addition to the first) is questionable. The shower drain looks is covered in mold, also there were questionable stains (blood?) in the shower. I did not bathe my children there or use the shower myself because I didn’t feel comfortable. At 7 am this morning there were loud people in the hallway YELLING for someone to come out of their room. They called their name over and over and could not seem to figure out how to knock on a door or use their phone instead of yelling. So there are sketchy people in this hotel. My husband had to work in the morning and I was hoping due to the issues we had they would let us have late checkout. They did not. Even when I called the front desk, they claimed they couldn’t help and then hung up on me. No tact in dealing with customers. I thought after the cockroach and state of the place they would try to please us with good customer service. That is not the case. They don’t serve breakfast or even have a bowl of fruit downstairs for you to grab something. I am a host in the hospitality business - and my rental is much better and more stocked than this place. Disgusting. Customer service is terrible. Would never stay here again.
