Candlestone Inn & Golf - Resort hotel in Belding - 8100 Storey Rd, USA

Our business lunch was a nice place to go. The food was great. Large portions. The dessert was really good. Cheese cake was the bomb. Great atmosphere. And a really nice waitress, thanks Heather.

The rooms were outdated and musty smelling for the price. Please be aware if you are a smoker ,do not throw away any sort of product away on their property as they will assume you smoked in the room and will give additional charges. There is no reason to stay here unless someone likes golf enough and wants to set up a event here or near by. I was here only for a wedding. Edit: Charges were disputed and won. Never had issues anywhere else. Overall view as the extended family was The restaurant and golf course were good. Rooms were almost the same issue across the board as far as musty and outdated.

We came to dinner before daughters hoco dance. The waitress was amazing. The food was great and the drinks were great. I recommend the Moscow Mule ( watermelon)

Booked a room for high school reunion that was being held at the Inn. Our reunion committee said we'd get a discount for our room. When I booked the room, the receptionist said she didn't know if they were offering a discount but she'd find out and apply it when we checked in. Same answer when we checked in. ''I don't know and I'll have to ask my manager.'' The room was old, dated, with a filthy looking carpet. The reunion venue was decent with good food, excellent service staff. They were friendly, warm, and efficient. I'd attend another reunion there but I would never book a room there again.

We will definitely be back. Challenging for a beginner but fair for an intermediate golfer. Nicely spaced tees, big greens that were rolling true. We had a great time.

I've been going there for four years now for a Thanksgiving buffet...great price, service, and food.

What a GREAT FATHERS DAY to Celebrate for my Husband! Wow- 2 days of Fantastic Golf at Candlestone, we are both STILL in the "After-glow" since Sunday! We stayed over-nite so Tom could golf (my gift) BOTH days (EVERY mans dream), we had SO much fun with the Amazing Staff! First off- Julie and Henry and Kennedy had our Suite to Perfection when we checked-in. Second, the pro shop was the best staff with Doug and wonderful wife Cory, the are ALL so into making it a great time! We just love them and their attitude! Thirdly, the meals for 2 days were VERY good!!!! The bar staff and our DEAR MOLLY was amazing! EVERYONE staffed there CARES!!!! I just cannot EXPRESS this enough! The golf course is sooooo Beautiful and Just Majestic, very well maintained,. Candlestone IS THE PLACE,I strongly feel WE found |o|ur HOME ! xoxox- Bonnie House
