Not to much to choose from mainly chicken, beef, shrimp , I was craving more traditional plates like with ,lengua,tripas,barbacoa,caldos. If you want regular semi-authentic go for it is a good family environment. The plates that they do offer are good and they do offer alcoholic drinks.
Fast service. Pretty good chips and salsa. Margaritas were decent but nothing special. Our food came out quick and was very good.
Excellent food and service. The first picture is the chips and salsa they bring you as an appetizer as soon as you sit down without you having to order it. We shared an order of seafood nachos which was plenty for us two. The wife had a black cherry Margarita and I had a pinia coloda. Both were excellent. Our total bill was under $30. Very reasonable.
Friendly service and good food. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were rather large. Would have preferred the onions and peppers to have been grilled a little longer but, that's just a preference. The tortilla shells tasted as though they were made fresh and the housemade horchata was delicious.
Mexican is not my first choice of food but went at lunchtime with some other friends. Nice atmosphere, clean table and booth was a plus, and what I selected was a safe taco and enchilada with rice. Was delicious and ready to go back again. Great price too!
My son took me to the Cancun restaurant in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for my birthday supper at the end of November 2023. I had gotten a meal to go a couple of months before that and it was sooooo good! So I wanted to go back! When we went for my birthday, we had a male waiter who we had to summon to take our orders as he seemed to never respond. So he finally took our orders, and I ordered the same thing I ordered before…..I thought….but it was nothing like my previous order! Was not a meal I would ever wish to come back for! And we traveled from out of town! Too bad! I KNOW they can do better than that! Truly upsetting!
Delicious lunch Shrimp Fajitas w.lots of grilled veggies, rice and beans, flour tortillas, sour cream & guacamole salad 🥑. Wonderful portions, clean restaurant, friendly service and it didn't take long at all to get my food. Plus they have toooo many margaritas to choose from. Give them a try because everybody's food that came out looked and smelled amazing when it passed our table. BEST SALSA EVER!!!!
The atmosphere was fun and colorful and the outdoor seating was nice. The service was fairly slow but the restaurant was extremely busy and our server worked hard. Food was good! We had the queso fundido as an appetizer, which was amazing!! Main courses were shrimp fajitas and arroz con pollo, each were delicious!
