This motel stay far exceeded our expectations. We stayed multiple days and room service was provided every day, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was clean upon check-in and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. Coffee is available in the lobby every morning. One thing to note is there is no hair dryer in the room but is available at the front desk for checkout. The refrigerator in the room kept the beer very cold and the microwave worked well. We were very happy with our stay and will stay here again.
Quiet, clean and safe. No druggies loitering around or worse living there (which is unusual for the Portland area). This is a budget price motel so nothing fancy but I appreciated the comfortable bed, quietness, and safe area. Very convenient to amenities. Maids super friendly and helpful, front desk was nice too.||
It looked just like the photos, not a bad hotel room it’s pretty cute just didn’t have very many amenities, only provided a couple small bars of soap. There was a cigarette burn in the blanket and the walls are VERY thin. We got a noise complaint for moving our chairs while eating dinner because they thought we might have had dogs in our room. The front desk man was a bit rude as well. Overall decent stay for a last minute booking. $90 a night by the way
We spent two nights here, using Canby as our base during the solar eclipse. Our room was large, with a vanity outside the medium-sized bathroom, as well as a long dresser and a small table. So lots of room for our "stuff." There was a very new, wall-mounted TV with 70 channels, including HBO. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, with crisp clean linens, and we slept very well (train whistles do not bother us!). ||On the negative side, there was peeling wallpaper over the vanity, with mildew beneath it. And the two upholstered chairs at the table were horribly stained. The shower-head was very low (but provided lots of hot water, with good pressure). The tub/shower definitely needs updating. We couldn't figure out how to work the hair-dryer, though, on check-out, we were told that there was a button "on top" that we needed to push. And though the room felt and smelled clean, we were surprised that they still use quilted bedspreads instead of the triple-sheeting method most hotels are now using.||There is nothing luxurious about this property, and kids will be disappointed that there is no pool. But for us it provided everything we needed for our 3-day adventure.
The room wasn't too bad. The bed was clean and comfy. Customer service was horrible. The shower had mold growing all over the walls and the lady working the front desk was extremely rude about it. She tried to argue that there wasn't mold even though I had a picture of the black splotches of whatever it was all over the shower walls. She finally agreed to give us some money off the room but only as she continued to tell me it wasn't mold.
This property is now part of the Motel 6 chain. The rooms have all been updated to typical Motel 6 decor and can be booked on the Motel 6 website and mobile app. It was clean and the king bed was comfortable. It is next to the train tracks so you do hear train whistles loudly during the day. I did not hear any at night and we had a quiet restful night's sleep. There was a frig and microwave, but no coffee pot in our room. Wifi worked well and is free. Plenty of parking and easy access but no pool. Overall a good value for an overnight stay and we will book here again when in the area.
....is limited, so call ahead, its a shared lot with cars. If you do get a spot, its a pretty nice place. Our room was large & clean. Frig, microwave, coffee maker ( & thanx to the reviewer who wrote how to work the hairdryer!) Only negative was the odd odor in our room...kinda like a...wet dog?? Lit a candle & sprayed--it helped some. Smoking rooms available & never heard the trains, slept well.
Place is starting to show its age. It was clean but AC really didn't work that sell. The continental breakfast rates an "E" for effort. Had a safe in the room, ironing board and iron, fridge was small but worked, beds worked. All in all not bad have had worse for same price.
I am sorry to see the business is closing soon. They have, by far, the best breakfast sandwiches of my life on the most delicious homemade bagels. Their other treats are excellent as well. Most people seems to order to go, so it was a nice quiet plac
Parishioners very welcoming to those visiting or those hoping to find that perfect church that fits their needs. If you like getting involved, thereâs plenty of things to do: prayers groups, youth group, community service groups, â¦. If youâd ra
I was looking for home cookin and I found it! Siren Song had a great atmosphere. I was instantly welcomed by staff. The restaurant and restroom was clean. I kept it simple and got the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The BBQ sauce was off the hook!! I w
