I have used the digital authorizations solution multiple times and it is by far the best in the industry. I often book hotel rooms for teams that are traveling for events and the Canary Digital Auths solution is intuitive and so simple to use!!!!

IF YOU WISH TO DRIVE BUSINESS AWAY, use this software! I just tried early Check-in at a hotel that uses this software platform; not only is this software difficult to use, but there is also no error correction while using it and it is impossible to upload a photo requested for ID. I contacted the hotel and they were unable to help me. So I contacted Canary Technologies and they referred me back to the hotel with no option to communicate with Canary Technologies.

Very easy to use! Canary is simple but effective in order to take care of daily task, it saves our hotel a lot of time when checking in guest!

I use and implemented Canary technologies at the 3 hotels I was the Revenue Manager for. I definitely recommend it: it's easy to use for the guests and the team members, reliable and their support is fast and efficient.

The worst and most time consuming hotel check in software of all time. makes it impossible for business travelers to extend their stay without checking out, reentering all information, uploading their ID twice again, logging into their bank account again, and checking back in. When I'm working 12 hours in the field, the last thing I want to do is spend an hour of my day doing paperwork for the hotel. I'll never stay at another hotel that uses their software.
