There was a free concert in the park. The music was quite good for a symphony. I recognized a few of the songs! The speakers weren't loud enough though. I would have enjoyed it much more if the speakers had been double the volume! We had some mobility challenged people so we didn't want to go too close to the stage. It would be too difficult to go back up to the rest area, if needed. We heard there would be food trucks, but never saw any. We parked by the tennis courts on the east side. We found handicap ramps hard to find until we were near the rest rooms. The handicapped parking was full. From what I saw, the park is quite busy with dog walkers and sport players. And of course, concert go'ers.
The loop is Amazing! The view all around is gorgeous. I went there for a walk it was very accessible for people with disabilities whether on a wheelchair or walker . Plenty of shade to rest under in between. It has a very cute playground . It's my go to for morning or afternoon walk.
Park is in a great location to my house, layout is good for walking and exercising. The ball fields are all kept nicely. ( need more full size tennis courts (only 1)) kids play area is well thought out and interesting and parking is plentiful. ( big rigs will have trouble so avoid if other alternative is avail. School busses and motor coaches are reasonable for short periods of time like for a ball game. Enjoy

Nothing but Wonderful! Childrens play area is amazing. Baseball park and rolling grass area terrific. Silly me no picture. However my husband and I went for a picnic. A Beautiful day under a shaded tree... enjoying the scenery of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Please come enjoy the River Front Park, like wee did..
Beautiful park and area. Also has a cool static art display where you look though the ports on this wall to see the exact peaks on Mt Lemon and their different names.
The Loop is straight up awesome. These photos are from the Oro Valley section facing the golf course where all the old people play.
We went mid evening, and it was a lovely place to put an outdoor picnic mat and just enjoy the breeze and cooler weather. It was very quiet.

We love this park, dog friendly even had bags! Lots of covered picnic areas and great hike two optional routes lots of shade in the canyon. Great views!

Nice easy trail easy for the whole family, but also a jumping off point for a serious climb up the actual mountain range, choose your own adventure, but all skill levels can't be accommodated

This was my first appointment with Dr. Hebbar and I am very happy. Not only was he early, but very cordial and efficient, yet took time and I didnât feel he was rushing. And he finished the visit by asking if I needed anything else. Very impressed.
