Campus Village Apartments - Apartment complex in College Station - 1711 Harvey Mitchell Pkwy S Building, USA

After visiting a friend for 10 minutes, my car was towed and had to pay $330. This was after parking In a non-restricted parking zone. Would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for something worth their money. If you are visiting your friends, then you would be towed at least once. No, there are no paintings on some of the parking spots. You can't differ for visitor to resident parking. My car was towed from a spot without any marks at all. If it's resident parking, then there should be a mark on it.

Campus Village is a really great property. I was given a tour by Olivia and she did a wonderful job. The staff is super friendly and will help you with anything. My rate was about to increase and Olivia did a great job communicating with me so I could sign before it got more expensive! 10/10 would recommend, great price for great amenities.

I have had a great experience living at Campus Village over the last few years. The location, amenities, and price make it well worth it to live here. Maintenance is quick to solve any issues. The front office staff are friendly, especially Olivia. She is always very kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have.

I've been a resident in this apartment complex for over a year, and it has consistently surpassed my expectations. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly and quick to address any concerns or questions I have. The amenities are truly outstanding!! The maintenance team is quick to address any issues, and I've never had to wait long for a repair. The community is peaceful, clean, and feels safe, making it a great place to call home!!

Campus village is a great apartment complex, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live during their time in college. I had a great experience touring the apartment thanks to the incredible staff, especially Olivia! She did an exceptional job in assisting me to find an apartment. All in all, the staff is very helpful at Campus Village and I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking somewhere to live with close proximity to campus! Not to forget to mention that the amenities are amazing, especially the pool!

AWFUL!!! me and my three roommates signed our leases early November and with no notice or communication we just got told (December 1) they actually don't have a room for us after promising if we signed our leases we were grunted a spot. We signed for a 4x4 flat and they told us there was nothing they could do. They offered the townhouse for an outrageous price and said if we didn't take that they would let us out of our lease. we met with the manager to get a lower price on the townhome and she said she would get back to us in 1-2 days. she never emailed us like she promised and so we had to call to find out that the answer was no. campus village totally screwed us over and didn't feel bad about it at all. it's a nice place but management and communication is awful. don't trust.

If you are looking for someone willing to take the time and effort to be sure you get what you request I would recommend asking for Marie-Carmen. MC was very helpful with setting me up with an apartment and taking the time to be sure I was satisfied with my new place! She is patient and easy to work with.

I took a tour and the staff was truly amazing. Trista gave me a tour and she really sold me on the property. Beautiful pool, and really spacious rooms depending on the floor plan. I think it's a great place to live especially with the staff! Trista was so wonderful!
