Love this small theater with community feeling! We are donors & enjoy the reserved live seat, free popcorn & drinks! We look forward to seeing many shows & special engagements here in the future. We loved seeing the chair of physics @ Bucknell speak prior to the movie of Oppenheimer & loved the audience participation in the anniversary of Monty Python’s Holy Grail!
The Campus Theater is such a wonderful preservation of a historic landmark. I had the chance to see the Paragon Ragtime Orchestra here and I'm so grateful that I did. I highly recommend taking in a show here!
Beautiful one-theater movie theater with an older, detailed architectural interior in the heart of Lewisburg. Sometimes shows movies for free or at a steep discount like $5. They don't have all the movies like AMC obviously since it's a smaller theater but each time we've gone, we've really enjoyed it there. And their popcorn has real butter on it!
This place is way more than a theatre. It’s a staple of Main Street and the community. There are a wide variety of events for families and students. Many community partners including the university provide events that are free and open to the public. If you are downtown it’s worth stopping by to see what’s on the calendar. Michael is who you want to talk to. He knows everything that is going on at the theatre and is always warm and inviting.
Went to see Barbie on 9/9/2023. AMAZING!! great host, great vibe. It was a top-notch movie experience! HIGHLY recommend. Every movie going experience at the Campus is stellar.

The campus theater is one of Lewisburg's gems. It will take you back to the days of how people watched movies before multiplexes. They always run select movies that have done well in the recent weeks. So you might have to wait a little till the movie you want to watch comes up there but it's worth the wait. Comfy seats, good sound and did I mention good popcorn? I enjoy watching movies and I'm glad we have this theater downtown!
Best theatre in our entire area! ....early 1940s art deco theatre painstakingly restore to its original splendor! ... this place is a treat!.... So many community events, BYOB nights! Something for everyone in the crowd!
