The staff is wonderful!!! They are super friendly...& joyful!!! The rooms are extremely clean!!!
I will start off with the positives:
Fantastic shower. Great water pressure. Clean towels and bedding. This is where the positive stops. The negative:
I found hair in the tub(yuck! Who does that belong to?)
You have to hold the handle down for the toilet to flush. The matress es have painful springs - they still make those?
The curtains would not close completely. The street light glared in my face all night long. The walls are paper thin. Wish that I could have given a better review.
Great service and very clean rooms. We arrived at a different hotel at around 11:00 P.M. to find out they had sold our reserved room. The campus house was able to prepare us a room within 30 minutes and were very accommodating.
This is a clean place to stay when in the Pensacola area. The hotel is dated and could use a refresh. The reasons for the -1 star is the terrible pillows and mattress. Each pillow has a hard plastic sensor in it. Guess they dont want you stealing it but boy is it uncomfortable. The mattress is similar to sleeping on the floor. No comfort. When turning over in bed, you can hear the springs grinding and popping. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. They use the college kids to clean the place and they are very hardworking kids.
What a blessing! My family had an amazing experience staying here! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and hospitable. Also everything was amazingly clean (spotless) and in order. We had everything we needed and more.
We are definitely coming back next trip. Supporting the campus and staff is very important to us. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for your guests.

This is ALWAYS our first choice when we visit Pensacola. Spotlessly clean facility. Incredibly friendly personnel at front desk. Comfortable beds. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer. Had to wait my turn to use them this trip.

We were able to get the king suite with a kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cookware.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. Renovated in 2019 with new floors and paint. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Good sized desk and luggage space. Clean sheets. Functioning fridge, toaster, coffeemaker
The loudest room we have ever been in. We were placed right next to the elevator and ice machine. The workers were pushing their carts with radios on their hips turned all the way up at 3am. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating.
