Where else can you back your camper onto the sand just feet away from the Gulf with an unobstructed view in Florida? The only downside at all is sites are very tight & you have to book a year in advance for most any spot. Definitely my happy place I visit at least twice a year!

Always a great visit here. Been coming here for years. Never usually leave the campground because we love the beach. You won’t get an experience like this anywhere else with your camper. Kind polite sincere people all around you. Kid friendly and safe. Aren’t all Rv parks kinda close? Why do people whine about this? It’s a great park. We love it and are blessed we continue to have a great experience here. It was exactly what we needed to get away from the busyness of our everyday lives. You can enjoy your visit here. It’s all in your attitude. Be humble and enjoy life. You’ll have a great time here. Can’t wait to come back . They even had a little parade for Christmas throwing out candy and caroling. Love love love this place. Please ignore the bad reviews. Some people will never be happy. Thank you! Joel Z. Dec 22-29.

Our family has been coming here for 5 years and although they have done some changes to improve guest experience, we found our cabin was very dirty and furniture was worn out, the bedding had not need cleaned and, kitchen was not well equipped Found a couple of dead/alive roaches. We reported our issues to the staff and had a call back quickly but not enough effort was made to resolve all. Needless to say we won’t return next year

Super quiet clean and friendly campground in the middle of a very busy local it’s amazing you don’t hear the road but you hear the waves crashing 🤗 great value very clean will definitely come back loved my site!

Paid for a week. Parked WHERE THEY ASSIGNED. On the second day they told us we had to move. They booked it for someone staying 3 months. The spot was impossibly tight and our awning touched the next camper. Despite our proof that they assigned that spot they said we should have been informed we'd have to move. Had we known that we never would have come here. Let me end by stating this was by far the most expensive and least pleasant of any place we've ever stayed, including plain boondocking! I do NOT recommend this location at all. Almost forgot... We were kept up all night by the lights from (I think), the laundry facilities.

This place is awesome. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with this place is it's just not warm enough for me as a snowbird. Nights are still chilly and the wind is also cold. I'm in shorts and tee shirts not as much as I like. But cotg is a very nice place, nice staff, nice pools, the best ever showers, there is nothing not nice about this place. Thankyou for having us.

Stayed here a week for vacation. We have a solitude fifth wheel and stayed in site 313. We didn’t need the bathhouses but checked them out anyways and very clean and very well kept. Enjoyed the pools and hot tubs while we were here. Great experience over all and definitely will be returning.

This RV campground with beachfront access to the Gulf of Mexico is great! The ability to walk from your RV site to the sand without driving is unique. We stayed in site 758 for 3 nights and loved the location. We moved to site 805 for our last night right on the edge of the sand. Hookups were in order and campground was well lit. Propane, coin vacuum, and app based laundry facilities were convenient. The two pools were warm and busy, but a good alternative to the sandy beach. Spots book out a year in advance so it’s critical to book as early as possible.
