Campbell Motel - Motel in Cocoa - 1084 N Cocoa Blvd, USA

Was here for one night and it a no frills place if you just need to sleep, shower, and shave. My room was clean and neat. Came with a fridge, microwave and iron. There are busy train tracks across the street. Really didn’t bother me but if you’re use to quiet suburbs, you won’t like them. They’re really not that bad. Horns blow at the crossings. Trains also don’t shake the place like in the movies. Windows vibrate and that’s it. Bring you train watching enthusiasts. They’ll love it.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, the hotel room was very clean and perfect for one night stay. The beds were quite comfortable and the pillows were excellent. This place is gross. The sheets had hair and black specks on them. I had to sleep on towels. There is no blanket only the bedspread for warmth. Ice has to be gotten from the office which is always locked. We would have left but we had an early cruise in the morning.

The rooms were well-kept (only thing being that there was a dead cockroach which my Mom freaked out about) and the service was friendly. The wifi unfortunately did not work at all (I had the password but it said I was blocked from it.) As many people have pointed out, there is a train that is passing every two hours or so right next to the motel that is honking very loud so the night's sleep wasn't that relaxing given the comfortable beds.

This is an older motel but very clean. The owners are so nice. The only downfall I s the noise. The motel is located near a heavily traveled highway and there are multiple trains nearby that are running all night long blowing their whistles. Bring your earplugs and you will be fine. There is no where around that you can find a better price, super nice owners and clean rooms.

Friendly owners, clean, affordable. Good place to stay if you just need to sleep! ONLY problem for me was the train tracks across the street and the train noise can wake you. I'm glad I found them though, as I was in need!

My kind of place when my band is touring Florida. Mr. and Mrs. Campbell make you feel right at home. The rooms are large and the king sized beds are comfy and clean. My bathroom had a hot tub and with a sauna room attached. The minibar was well stocked with refreshments, all on the house of course. They have a restaurant on site, where you can get scrumptious hamburgers with a cold ale for under $ 2 during happy hour every day from 4 till 7. They offer first rate entertainment showcasing local talent. The pool is clean and refreshing, they even have slides and a turtle pond right next to the badminton court. Come hungry for breakfast as you'll be rewarded with homemade waffles and fresh cream and their award winning South Carolina ham with all the eggs you can eat. This is included in the motel price of $ 37.50 per night. The staff offer some great tours of the areas attractions too.No wonder it's everyone's favorite place to stay in town.

Very old and it shows. I was told it was a 4 star motel, turns out it was a 1 star. A/c drowned out the tv, trains drowned out the a/c ALL night. No amenities, not even a coffee pot. The only good thing I can say is it seemed pretty clean. Never stay here again.
