I had the wonderful opportunity to contribute some of my painting and staining services to Camp Kettlewood earlier this year. The property boasts incredibly serene and breathtaking views that create an atmosphere of tranquility. Working amidst the vintage campers was an absolute delight, and I can only imagine the fantastic experience of actually camping in them.
Jeremy and Simona were a pleasure to collaborate with, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Their treatment of vendors speaks volumes, and I can only assume they extend even greater care to their customers—a testament to their exceptional hospitality.
Establishing and growing my business is my current goal, but I certainly look forward to the prospect of spending time at such a picturesque campground once things are up and running. The allure of Camp Kettlewood is irresistible, beckoning with its peaceful ambiance and stunning surroundings.
We just had our had our wedding at Camp Kettlewood last weekend and it was everything we wanted it to be. We really can't explain how special it is to have the entire camp for the weekend with your closest friends and family. The cabins, trailers, and tent sites themselves are beautifully maintained and the campsites have everything you need. Our guests had nothing but good things to say the entire weekend, multiple people said they'd be back in the future.
The pavilion where we held the reception has beautifully strung lights, a large wooden bar, and canvas siding. Right outside is a firepit that was a highlight of the night. With just the lights and the surrounding scenery, not much else is need for decorations.
The owners, Simona and Jeremy, are wonderful and kind people who were so helpful and great to work with. They were extremely accommodating and patient with our many requests and questions.
So if you love the outdoors (but still want a comfortable bed and flush toilets) and/or want a magical wedding experience, this is the place for you!

Wow! My wife and I had an amazing stay at Camp Kettlewood. We chose the Deer Run cabin which is a cozy spot right on the water with a fire pit and adirondack chairs. The cabins are just a short golf cart ride away from the parking lot, but far enough away to minimize any noise. We quickly felt like we had our own private oasis by the pond.
We spent 2-nights at Camp Kettlewood in June 2023. Although the Deer Run cabin did not have a bathroom inside, there were clean accommodations just a short walk away including a beautiful outdoor shower.
Overall the grounds were wonderful, the hosts were extremely accommodating, and we are already talking about a return trip next summer!
P.S. Do not forget to get a s’more kit, it’s a must for the bonfire experience!
Camp Kettlewood is one of those special places that you never forget once you visit. If you want a unique experience that isn't an Airbnb and isn't primitive camping, this is your spot!
We recently stayed at their Crow's Nest site while in town for the Kettle Moraine 100 miler and it was everything we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of fans to stay cool during the day and even a mini-fridge in the dining tent.
The grounds are really unique and pretty with a flock of cranes that live in the marsh area near the entrance.
They even have flushable plumbing and open-air showers (maybe my favorite part!).
The hosts are super accommodating and go the extra mile to make sure your stay is memorable.
Couldn't recommend Camp Kettlewood more!!
We had our wedding weekend at Camp Kettlewood in September and it was an absolute DREAM. I cannot say enough great things about Jeremy and Simona. They put so much love and hard work back into the camp and it shows! Our guests stayed at the venue and could not say enough amazing things - all the sites were clean and perfect. They were so kind, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout the planning process. We would have not dreamed of a better place to get married. It was the perfect day and they were a huge part of it. We could not recommend Camp Kettlewood enough!!
Our stay at Camp Kettlewood was remarkable. The sites are rustic, spacious, and wonderful. The bathroom and showers were clean and roomy. We stayed in the High Timber nice and great yard spectacular outdoor lighting. Had a few turkeys visiting us. The place beat my expectations!
We spent three nights in the Oakwood Knoll site, and we were so incredibly impressed with everything! The bath houses/showers were so well kept and we never had to wait to use the bathroom or showers even with the entire campground booked. Everything was clean and comfortable, and not a detail was overlooked. From the fire pits with included kindling and firewood, to the sweet details of the trailer, we would and hope to absolutely return for another trip to this magical place. I have traveled all over the world, and this little piece of heaven was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay. I’m so grateful to the owners for their kindness and vision, and have already told so many people that they need to experience Camp Kettlewood. I’d love to take a group of family/friends to stay in one of the larger sites. We had a guitar and just loved sitting around the campfire singing. We were so glad to be disconnected from the daily chaos and unplug for a few days.
Thank you from the depths of our hearts for such a beautiful weekend. 🙏

UNBELIEVABLE! I felt like part of a family from the time I walked in. The fact that everyone there was so experienced and friendly took away all the stress and allowed me to enjoy every minute! I received step-by-step but simple instruction for my
Well this place was a surprising little treat!! Delicious pizza! Gluten free crust option. Fresh and flavorful ingredients. The vibes are there, with a gorgeous hillside view of a farm and live music. There is a bar too! Came for a girls night, will
Great place. We where in town and got something to eat but seen they had a sign showing lemonade shack ups. Went inside and met the owner, I had a vodka lemonade, my wife a regular, and my son had a virgin daiquiri. Very friendly staff and the owner
Very pretty natural area with lots of shade and hills. The main path(about .5 miles) leads straight to a thinning downhill path where the boardwalk is. Lots of oak trees in the hilly part and tamarack throughout the bog.
Ate here for two nights in a row! Every time I came the place was full. I would go to the bar order a drink and after a few sips a table was ready. The roasted beat salad and the ham and havarti cheese sandwich was scrumptious and unique. I felt like
Changed the bread. The things I liked about cousins is gone. I always drove from Mukwonago to ET because I preferred that one. Now i'll go to Muk Cousins unless they changed the bread as well.
I've never been but it was easy to find and the staff they had directed you easily to a parking spot. Multiple gates were opened so getting inside was also easy.
Tickets took a little longer because some people hadn't used the scanner before, but th
