I've been here since 2007 and it's mainly due to the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the office and maintenance staff. They're quick to respond to work orders as well as follow up with surveys on your satisfaction with completed maintenance request. The grounds are always manicured at all times. Pam and Brianna always do anything they can possibly do to accommodate resident's living experience when possible.
The BEST apartments in Jackson! I just hate the water problems Jackson have smh. But overall I highly recommend these apartments. They’re income based. Very big apartments with W&D hookup.
These apartments are the best I have lived at in the Jackson area. It’s great for beginner families. Also, Sam the new maintenance team leader is incredible! He is fast and efficient as well as very nice.

I have lived in this apartment for about 13years and the environment is very welcoming. The management staff is EXCELLENT!!! Pamela, Valencia and James all are very professional, very courteous and always very helpful when needed. The manger Pam is like my family no matter what i need she always fine away to help me. Their response time is very prompt as well. James keep the grounds very clean and very well kept. Never loud noise. Most of the people who live there are all in by 8:00 p.m. Security ride through checking for our safety. I would recommend Cameron Park Apartments to anyone that is looking for a nice and comfortable place to live!
The maintenance is 10/10 , Sam came in and fixed my air very promptly while I working from home
