Camelot Inn - Motel in Richmond - 6619 Midlothian Tpke, USA

The room did not smell good and it was holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. The phone to the room was not working with an absent wire to the phone and most of all there were roaches that would appear on the walls and floors. We kept hearing banging within the upper rooms above us, and one maintenance banged on the door as soon as we arrived saying pesticides control. This place needs to be shut down.

Don't stay there it's a bad area to stay the property has a heavy drug addicts rooming the area strange people will knock on your door all times of the night the rooms are terrible the toilet didn't work properly and I had to put my own sheets and buy my own pillows because the bed sheets look nasty and the pillows had a funny smell and the towels were brown not white I will never stay there again

Someone in our group has mobilility issues, allergies, and breathing difficulties. Office staff was super helpful accommodating in preparing our room ahead of time and we had no problems. Room was clean and recently updated. You can see the special care in the details to this old building (plenty of attractive lamps and lights, microwave, tiny fridge, iron, flat screen tv, free wifi). King size bed (super comfortable and so much better than a queen) and pull out sofa bed mattress (not comfortable but it works for the kids). Affordable price near area attractions via car. Pleasant staff. While provided, consider bringing your own pillows if you are particular. We will stay here again.

For a night on the road this place was fine. The room was clean and, even though it's close to a major highway, quiet. Comfy bed, good wifi. My only complaint is that the bathroom fan went on every time the light was turned on. What more could you ask?

The hotel is conveniently located on Midlothian Turnpike. Just about all the rooms have king beds and allow smoking. I have stayed there several times. There are mirrors by the bed in most rooms which might be appreciated by a couple. The towels are a little rough, but the rooms have been remodeled recently. There are 3 deluxe rooms also for a few extra dollars. All rooms have VCRs. Service is excellent. Nicest place on Midlothian.

The hotel is an older building that has had some updates. The bathroom is original to the building. Microwave and fridge are a good touch. The price is good for what you get. The place is clean and located on a main road along with alot of other motels and restaurants. Area is in need of some updateing.

Good enough for one night. All the better hotels nearby were booked so that was our last resort.The furniture was worn and old and the sheets were dingy. Won't stay there again...no time soon anyway

I had one more day until check out. I came home from work to find that all of my. Clothes food and property had been thrown out in the trash. They said it was just a mistake. They have done nothing to make it right. I will be filing charges against them
