I went to check out the property and I was so excited to start living at Camden. Jessica helped me going over many options until we found the perfect place for me. She was very kind and went above and beyond. The apartments are also beautiful and the property is clean and well taken care of. Excited to move

Camden Sierra at Otay Ranch, I feel so happy to call this place my home. Maintenance team always there to support on every maintenance request, and Leasing office are very helpful every time I need help whit my leasing, thank you Camden.

LIZ - leasing agent. Avoid her assistance at all costs. She is unbelievably rude to loyal Camden residents. When I had a concern she deliberately hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. I have lived at multiple Camden properties and have never experienced someone so unprofessional! Camden is an amazing apartment community but my only issue is with LIZ the leasing agent. Will be reaching out to the regionals about this matter.

I went to do a self tour. Saw the 2 bedroom and the townhome. We fell in love with the townhome. Came back 2 weeks later to tour the 3 bedroom and we just love it and decided to apply. Liz was very helpful and answer my question via email and in person. The application process went smoothly.

Liz Mendez is the best consultant at this apartment complex she helped me with all my paperwork got me in and out and I recommend this place anyone who's looking for a nice place to live Go to Liz

When I walked in for my tour , I was not greeted , and immediately after I introduced myself I was brushed off . Since both girls were behind theirs computers, no eye contact was given. Breanna then passed me off to the girl to her left , then when I stated my name and my intent to live here.Breanna stated , my bad that’s actually me. Breanna clearly did not want to take me to tour any apartments, she was not cheerful or welcoming. She mad me feel like I was inconveniencing her . The website clearly has apartments open , Breanna informed me that there were no availabilities until October. There was lack of communication between the business and employees. I was there only 5 or 6 mins then decided if this is the attitude and behavior of these employees, I don’t want to know how management is.

I wanted to give Jessica a shout for her going above and beyond to get an important document that was delivered to the wrong address. I truly appreciate her making that one of her top priorities. Thank you for everything, Jessica!!!

Great property! Lovely community. Very safe and felt secure at night. Went to visit because I'm looking to live closer to family in San Diego. The specific apartment layout I want is available next month so I'll be signing paperwork once it's available. The Camden community is incredible and this location is no exception. I'm excited to take my Mom out to the nearby restaurants.
