We had a lovely 5 day stay. Everything was easy. The staff was pleasant. Hotel is super conveniently located. A 10-15 minute walk to the White Plains train station so easy commute into Manhattan. Many restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. We never had a chance to eat in the hotel restaurant because we were out and about. Our room was modern and spacious. It was one big room, but here is separate sitting area, which had desk, sofa and 2nd TV. Plenty of room for 3 of us (2 adults and a teen) to spread out - enough plugs for all our devices - and enough counter space for all out toiletries.

Clean, good service, good location. Stayed in handicap room for hearing impaired. ADA dopr bell knocker was there, but was in disrepair. Reported and I hope they fix it. Traveled with Service Dog and had no issues from staff at all. Very nice staff. Parking is on-site, valet only, and $25 per night.

This place was good for the price, but what really did it was that the management went out of their way to accommodate us when we had an issue. They checked in multiple times and found a solution to our problem that really improved the quality of our stay. I was very impressed by the level of hospitality. That part wouldn't have been out of place at 5-star places I've stayed at.

I stayed here for a conference. The hotel is modern and beautiful; it's conveniently located in downtown White Plains, (hence the cost of the hotel & rooms). My room was clean and neat; they cleaned it (by request only). I had a lovely view of the city. Although it's nice, I don't think it's worth the price. The pool is closed and is closing for good; that was not advertised. I was very disappointed because I wanted to relax after a long day in the pool. The staff were kind. However, I ordered a food delivery and let them know to call my room so I could get it, but the front desk said they would bring it up personally. However, that didn't happen because of the lack of staffing. I had to call the lobby myself to ask if it was there and I went to get it myself. Also on my last night, an employee left my receipt, by sliding it under my door which was weird and made me uncomfortable. (I was afraid to touch it until I looked down and saw it was from the hotel). In hindsight, I'd probably stay elsewhere if I were to return to the area.

Update: the GM reached out to me and explained there was some issues that meant their front desk phones were unreachable for 24hrs. Sounded genuine and looks like they are going to make matters right. Will update review further after I stay here next month. Worst hotel customer service. Spent 24hours trying to contact this hotel as I was unable to make the trip. Was completely unable to reach anyone from the actual hotel. The booking agent was unable to get in touch with the hotel. I managed to reach the hotels new reservations line and their customer service line. Both were very nice and assured me that the problem would be dealt with and my date of stay would be rescheduled without charge. However, they were also unable to get in touch with anyone at the actual hotel - so, I got charged full price for a no show. I'm considering disputing the charge but not sure its worth the effort. Most ridiculous situation I've experienced with a hotel. My in-laws live only a couple miles from here and I, and others in the family, travel there a lot. This hotel has lost a good few potential customers for years to come.

Our stay was incredibly disappointing. Despite multiple requests, our room was never cleaned during our four-night stay. The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you're only planning a brief overnight stay

Highly recommend! Our room was spotless and spacious- well furnished with a comfortable bed and large shower. Our night valet, Shamel, was trustworthy and professional.

Positive: Rooms were spacious modern and clean Negative: Unfortunately, we had an incident with parking. Our car was damaged in the parking area while waiting for the valet to take the car. According to the valet, a hotel employee was reporting for their shift and hit our car causing damage to the car.
