I was at this location for business. I was very happy with the room and service at Cambria. The room was clean, and smelled clean. (That’s not something I automatically expect at hotels) The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were nice and big. The shower was a bit odd—the glass ‘door’ only came halfway so the back half was open. Water did splash out but not as much as I thought it would. I only ate at the breakfast buffet. It was standard hotel breakfast fare but it was well done. The highlight of breakfast was Lawrence. (I hope I got his name right.) He was always happy to see everyone and loved talking and telling stories. I hope he makes lots in tips because he deserves it. I was very happy with my stay at Cambria. I’m sure there are more expensive hotels but this was as nice as I could want.

I had made a reservation ahead of time for 2 nights. When we arrived we were told they had a 100.00 deposit. This put us over the card limit and forced us to cancel. We then had to book a room for a night and then use a free night for the other. They also have a hidden 2.17 per night parking fee. The parking lot is probably not owned by the hotel. It serves multiple businesses and goes straight out and has left to right parking. Beware you might have to walk some to get to your vehicle. Also looking at our credit card we were charged 3 different times for room charges before saying it was declined for room and also showed 100.00 deposit 3 times. Another person in our group was charged 4,000 in error to their card. 1. Beware of 2.17 parking fee per night not listed on website. 2. Beware they charge a 100.00 deposit not listed on website. 3. Watch card for duplicate and false charges.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel for nearly a week at a time while traveling on business. The location is terrific with lots of great choices for dinner a short walk away. The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are modern and clean. I especially like not having carpet in the rooms as I prefer the hardwood look and it’s a more sanitary option for a hotel room. I usually don’t have time to have breakfast, but I did this morning. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the coffee was tasty and hot, but the best part was the attendant named Lawrence. He chatted with me for a few minutes and I felt like I was sitting in an old friend’s kitchen having a coffee and talking about old times. I do not ever remember feeling more at home in a hotel. Lawrence is a true gentleman, and I will look for him when I come back on my next business trip in a few months. Keep up the great work.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I like that it wasn’t super crowded. Had a drink at the bar and restaurant downstairs and Cris was great! One drink turned into three. I recommend this hotel.

Very clean! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets were soft. I liked the vinyl flooring because it's clean, unlike carpet. I would definitely stay here again.

Impressive place! I was here for company business. All amenities that one needs are here! The staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The gentleman who was the host for the breakfast buffet was a wonderful man who cared about his guests as well as the bartenders who hosted the bar. I was really impressed by the willingness of the bartenders who made my cocktails when they were given a specific drink to make and made it perfectly. If I were able to give a higher rating I would. Very well done with this hotel!

Very nice hotel....staff was super welcoming and helpful. Hotel was VERY clean and everything worked properly...both have been a problem in the past at every hotel we have chosen in the last year (not this one). This was our first time staying at a Cambria. I've already made another reservation to stay here while in town in couple of weeks from now for my hubby's surgery. This place is awesome and I hope all the Cambria's are this way...as it will be our hotel of choice from now on! We were in town for my daughter's graduation and it was a wonderful trip thanks in part to Cambria!

My husband and I have stayed at this Cambria many times a month over the last few years. The pool, location, and very nice clean and comfortable rooms keep us returning no matter which part of Dallas we have business in. Sara is recently always at the front desk when we check in. We call ahead to make sure they have room. She is the sweetest, always welcoming and helpful. She makes it home away from home. True customer service!!! Glad to see your face when we check in.
