READ CAUTION!! Presidential Room was a disappointment. I had hopes for a presidential suite to be clean and well maintained. I shared with front desk concerns and damages. All that he did was to pretend to be shocked that the room was in such conditions. Hotel management did nothing and will do nothing to make the repairs. Concerns in the room. Someone punched a hole in the closet door, wallpaper is peeling off the walls, oily feet prints on walls and doors , bed sheets have burn marks and holes. Air vents had a thick layer of dust. This place earned a well-deserved 1 Star.

First, the PROS|Bed linens were clean and soft|Shower and tub were very clean|Staff is very nice|Room was large ||Oh boy… the CONS|Bad odor|Dirty, cracked lampshades|Worn, dirty furniture |Windows and windowsills dirty|Rusty door hinges |HVAC grills were filthy. |Drapes stained. ||Don’t look too closely! ||We arrived late after a long flight. The staff was really nice, it was easy to park, and the parking lot was well lit. When we got into the room, we were overwhelmed by a very strong odor—hard to describe, kind of a strong chemical/mothball/B.O. combo. We turned the thermostats on to get air flow, which seemed to help. After settling into bed, the smell became overpowering, but it was the middle of the night and and we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms, so we went on a hunt to find the source. Well, we sure found it! The strong odor was emanating from a fixed “wooden” vase the room. We covered it and wrapped it with a plastic laundry bag and towels. Not sure what was in there. Covering it helped. |After finding the source of the caustic odor, we tried to get a little rest. Not easy here. |The housekeeping staff was really nice when we alerted them to the odor problem in the morning. But that didn’t fix the rough night. |We didn’t try the breakfast. We had to get out. |We have spent a lot of time at the Cambria hotel in Napa, California.

Was told all rooms were sold out. So looked online and there were many available. Called back and asked for a 1 bedroom suite. They said sold out. Finished online booking with pictures showing separate bedroom. When checked in put in presidential suite. Let me tell you don’t waste your money. Shower has a trickle to it. Bed is hard as a rock. Tv is from early 90s. The fridge was iced up. No sheets and blanket for the pullout couch. But you do get a nice panoramic view of the parking lot. Other hotels in vicinity that are twice as nice and same price. I could deal with the room for the night. It was the lying and deception that pisses me off.

Nice and spacious room. But hotel is terrible. Pool and spa all out of service with no communication about it. Breakfast was pathetic with paper plates and not enough cutlery. No hot water for tea, literally 3 teabags for the whole of breakfast. Nothing in the store to buy (no inventory), staff super unhelpful ("sorry I don't do that), no soap in the room, things look old and unclean, and then the elevator was out of service too. And they're just not apologetic about anything. Husband has a down feather allergy and the hotel said they defeathered the room and when we got there they didn't understand what we were asking for (no one checked ahead of time). Do not recommend unless you just need to sleep somewhere for a few hours. 5 min away from airport no shuttle from there - $15 taxi.

Friendly and helpful staff!! The shuttle driver came to the airport to pick me up even though it was almost time for her to be done for the night. Super grateful for that! The front desk was helpful. The room was comfortable and updated. I didn’t try breakfast because I was enjoying a comfortable sleep in the bed. The lobby is large and nice though. I would stay again.

My stay at Cambria Hotel in Raleigh was excellent. I am happy to say I was very pleased with everything about my stay! The hotel is quite nice, clean and modern. My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well both nights. The bathroom was clean also. My total cost was $200 for my 2 nights. There is breakfast available in the morning, I think starting at 6am. I was able to eat there before driving back home which is helpful when you’re pressed for time. If you’re staying in Raleigh, I would definitely stay here. I really had a great stay!

Checked into the hotel and was going to use the fitness center. The ropes were all ripped and it smelled really bad in the room. Going to the 4th floor it was very muggy and hot, significantly uncomfortable upstairs. When we entered our room the pull out couch was out, all the pillows from the chairs were all over the floor, the bed was taken apart, the mattresses against the wall&tv and then small trash all over the floor. When we expressed this and asked for a new room, the clerk just said oh they’re working on it. And that was that. We stay here whenever our flights are cancelled and planned to in the future but we’re never coming back again. Disgusting

My first Tru stat, I loved every single thing about my experience! The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly, the market area was well stocked, the recreation area was well kept and organized. Love the pool table and private sitting nooks.
