Authentic Cambodian street food. Ordered papaya salad with the right level of spiciness, beef stick over rice, and prahok k'tiss that came with a variety of raw veggies. They ran out of salaw machew kreung (soup) by the time we got there (2:30pm). The Cambodian coffee was a bit too sweet, but once the ice melted -perfection.

Great little hidden Oakland gem. The food was phenomenal. The service was excellent. Definitely recommend a must try on the steak and Prahok sauce. The food was definitely worth the wait.

I rarely leave reviews for restaurants but this place really hits all the right spots for me. Being Vietnamese and trying Cambodian food for the first time, I'm absolutely thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem. The food is incredible, genuinely authentic, and not Americanized in the slightest. They don't skimp on the meat, making it one of those rare times dining out feels like a better deal than cooking at home. Usually, I find myself disappointed with South East Asian food in the US, often due to high prices or lackluster flavors, but this place is a shining exception. If you're on the fence about trying this spot, I suggest you go ASAP. I'm hoping it stays around forever because I plan to visit every time I'm in the area.

Had some fire Cambodian food at this spot. The customer service was good and the people were nice as well.

I am Cambodian and moved to the Bay like 13 years ago and couldn’t find an authentic Cambodian spot until I came across Cambodian Street Food like 2 years ago! If you want authentic home style Cambodian food this is the place to go!! If you’re thinking whether to go or not. Don’t think any further, GO! I could not recommend this place enough!

Found this place on yelp, never had Cambodian food in my life tried it for the first time and have been addicted ever cents I highly recommend this place everything on the menu is delicious and for me a non-pork eater, they have a lot of choices on their menu I’m a very picky eater and I don’t eat outside food but this is like fresh to cook never frozen the way it is highly worth it but if you’re a Bay Area native you know to call and order first

The name says it all. Sidewalk window-side pick up and outdoor raised-bench seating, for authentic Cambodian tastes in the heart of urban Oakland. Fried appetizers, a winning beer snack, served with fried jalapeño slices: mama wings and dry pork ribs. For flavors fresh and fragrant, order the prahok ka-thiss served with fresh veg and rice. Beef larb, citrusy and herbaceous. Banh xeo crepe, a bit too soft, but still tasty. Overall, an urban oasis serving up flavors tropic and authentic, well-worth an excursion from anywhere in the Bay.

One of my favorite Oakland spots I stumbled upon about a year ago! Everything here is made fresh to order with excellent ingredients and comes out hot and delicious. The service is excellent - all the staff members remember our names and checked on us multiple times. We ordered a beef stick, chicken stick, papaya salad, dry fried ribs and a spicy meat dish similar to a curry you dip and mix with rice and fresh veggies. Don’t get sticker shock for the price - the portions are VERY generous, one entree can easily feed 2 people.
