Our stay was AMAZING. Highly recommend. The inside of our tipi ( yellow flower #5 New Braunsfels ) was HUGE!!! So much to do and such a nice set up with a grill and a fire pit! Had like 8 chairs and a picnic table. Clean bathrooms and a trail with easy access to water. A pier and a swing! There’s so much I can’t list it all. Will definitely go again. Our family’s new favorite place!

We spent a weekend at The Gratitude House for a 50th birthday party. The house is super cute and comfortable, plenty of room for all of us to spread out. All the things you need in a house were available, no detail left undone. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living and spent a lot of time on the large back patio and around the fire pit. My daughter enjoyed the the swings in the porch, I think when she wasn’t sleeping she was swinging on the porch. We will definitely be back again soon, thank you Calm Water Rentals!

Lovely place ! We go yearly and always have a great time. No water pressure for Teepee # 4 though. Hopefully they fixed it after we left ! But other than that, it was still a great time !

Charming Tiny home, everything is perfectly decorated, close to the Hiking trails, lovely neighbors and not to mention the advantage of having the river in the back patio, super recommended🐿️🍁😃🌳🥾

We loved it! We really had a great time hang out at the Container and in the area. Really relaxing area, everyone was to themselves. Definitely will visit again. The Clam Waters Team were helpful and resourceful. Directed us to cool things we could all do in the area.

Booking was easy. Avery was very professional and very patient with all my questions. Teepee was nice and clean. Cleaning lady was nice and check on us. The only complaint I would say is it was hot at night. But hey it’s summer I bought a small fan it was fine afterwards .

The containers are tastefully decorated with more amenities than most rentals. You can tell the owners put a lot of time, effort and thought into their rental. Most of the basics you need like towels, soap, shampoo, coffee filters, salt, pepper, creamer, sugar were there. All the basic utensils were there, less an oven. We were able to make do just fine with the warming plate stove and private outdoor grill, complete with BBQ tools. The common area is the same, with a roofed outdoor pavilion with smoker/grill, charcoal, fire starter, games, chairs and lights. Again it is tastefully decorated and laid out. The owners are on sight and extremely personal and accommodating. Rosco the bulldog and Oreo the cat made us feel right at home without being bothersome.

Absolutely wonderful experience in the shipping container. Very comfortable and cozy and beautiful grounds. Wonderful for a family reunion or family weekend, which we enjoyed! They have thought of everything. Thanks for your hospitality!
