I have a 16 month old iPhone 14Pro and the screen was lightly cracked. Everything worked fine. Battery life was amazing. Took it in to replace the screen, simply doesn't work right any longer. Have taken it back to repair twice, he is now claiming its the motherboard, but nothing was wrong prior to him touching it. It doesn't do facial recognition, won't turnoff when you put up to your head to talk, the screen flashes uncontrollably, battery life is shot, and more. Not worth the risk. Go elsewhere.

My Phone was Destroyed. I had a place to get it back working with a Cracked Screen. However I found this place on Google they called me and they Gave me the Whole case of a phone front and back. We paid a total of almost $500 to repair my son's phone at different times. The first time in Dec, they replaced the screen, sim tray, and the speaker (because u couldn't hear or talk without using a bluetooth) . We were told we had a year warranty (which is on the receipt. The second time, which was in January or Feb, we had to bring it back because the phone wouldn't stay charged and was now running hot. They said it was the mothers board this time (my sin cracked his screen, again). We got that fixed. This last time, which was March 2-3, 2024, the screen detached itself from the top corners only (the bottom was still attached) when my son removed it from his pocket and the speaker went out again. We called and talked to Umar, and he said he would fix the screen for $25 and the speaker for $25 because the speaker and screen weren't under warranty although they said we had a year warranty. Umar said it was only a 3-month warranty. I told him we only wanted him to reattach the screen, not replace it, but he wouldn't listen, and he kept talking over me. I eventually agreed to his $50 quote. When my husband went to pick it up, he said it's not their problem it's an Apple problem, although they said they fixed it in Dec and charged us for it. He charged us $50 for the screen repair only this past weekend and went back on his word to fix the speaker. This shop was dishonest and kept taking our money to supposedly fix stuff that wasn't repairable. Shame on you all!!!

Bad quality, untrustworthy, deceitful, liars, and scammers. You take phone in for 1 repair and they call and say it's a different issue that cost way more. They should be reported to the BBB for falsely representing cell phone techs. They know nothing about what they're doing.
