Nice beach. Except the dog owner's that bring their dog to the beach and have them go in the water. They take their dog leash off and let the dog go in the water where people swim at. The sign says you can't take the leash off too. I had to take my kids out and leave. This park has its own dog section too with water. Not sure why the dog owners do this. Took a picture of an owner who did this. Took the picture alittle bit late before he had the dog off leash but he was one of them.
No sand whatsoever, but a nice small beach with pea gravel. 5 stars if there weren’t so many dogs and their annoying handlers screaming at them. Sand would be great too. Did I mention crying toddlers? Bring noise-cancelling headphones for any peace of mind. This place is actually 3.51 stars.
Love Luther Burbank park! So many walking trails with water access. We have been watching bald eagles nesting from Calkins Point. Perfect place to watch sunsets. There are picnic tables so you can bring your lunch and enjoy the view.
Dog owners, please keep your pets on the leash.
Very nice small beach with a Seattle view. There are some benches where you can sit and enjoy the sunset. Clean and quiet.
Great views of the lake, peaceful & relaxing

A small little park on Mercer Island, this plot faces the Seattle side. There is a good amount of parking on the street right outside of it, and there are some benches and lots of places to throw down a blanket. It has water access for kids or dogs t

08/12/23: it is a cool park to enjoy some beach views. The trail leading to the beach is quite steep. There is a volleyball court and a restroom at the beach area. There is a kids playground in the middle of the trail.
The parking is ample. The park
