Great customer service! Took my wife's palisade to have a part fix that was under warranty from a previous claim and Tray handle business like a professional. Also my truck is at this location at the moment and Jessica keeps me updated with the process and if their is any changes. Definitely recommend them!
I worked with Carissa L. to fix a small piece of trim on my car. She was fantastic and walked me through a couple of options for the fix. Once I decided on the option, she ordered the parts and they arrived within a day or two. The workmanship was superb and price was fair. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. The facility is nice, clean, quiet, and the support staff are friendly.

I was very impressed with this business. They kept me informed the entire time they worked diligently on my car. They even coordinated well with my insurance company and I never had to contact my insurance because they did it for me. If I ever get into a wreck again I will use this caliber collision. They also had the earliest availability to fix my car. Thank you to the whole team from front desk to each tech/mechanic, you took great care of my baby!!!

Had my GMC Sierra repaired at Caliber Collision and they did such an awesome job. If you are ever in an accident and need to get your car repaired, look no further. The level of professionalism was beyond my expectations. I was kept informed from the time my truck got checked in until the repairs were completed. Very fast and great, honest work. Came here after my first fender bender (not my fault) and now second fender bender (also not my fault) and everytime they have taken great care of me and my car, they even cleaned and detailed the inside of my car. Though i don’t hope for any more accidents, i’ll always know where to go.
I am not too pleased with my Experience at this location. I went in to get an estimate for my insurance to get my cars exterior fixed. It seemed simple enough, get an estimate and ask to have it emailed to my insurance company. I booked an appointment for May 1, asked Cesar, the mechanic handling my car to please send it to my insurance, the email of which I printed on the paperwork I filled out when I first arrived. My insurance usually has a fast response time but I let it pass a for a week before I followed up. When I followed up the first time, Cesar was just quick to get me off the phone, all I asked was if he could confirm the email he emailed the claim too, “Sr body claims something like that I don’t know it off the top of my head” ….okkkaayyyy. He was quick to dismiss me and have me off the phone. I let a few days pass and called my insurance company to confirm they had received the estimate. Cesar still hadn’t sent it, and apparently he’s the only one that can. So I called caliber and he was on his break. But a message was left on his desk…. Allegedly. Third times the charm, right? WRONG. I checked in with my insurance a few days later to confirm they have my estimate nothing. This time the insurance reached out to Cesar but nothing. It’s may 14th, I booked to get another estimate from another caliber collision that actually does their job. I still felt frustrated so I called the Manteca location one more time this morning around 8:30am but this time it was to lodge a complaint. I talked to the front desk lady and asked to speak to the general manager, Don Kerr. He’s in a meeting… but it’s alright i guess cause my info was left on his desk. It’s 1:40 pm and Don Kerr still hasn’t called me back, and something tells me he probably never will. 🙄
