Caliber Collision - Auto body shop in Horn Lake - 960 Goodman Rd, USA

It's always a bummer when someone hits your car, but when it needs to be fixed, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision Horn Lake enough. Gary, Zach, Shonda, and crew are all phenomenal. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, all questions were answered, and I had no doubts that I would not be satisfied upon picking up my car. All I had to do was drop it off, and they took care of absolutely everything else. I believe the before and after photos speak for themselves. My car looks like it never got hit - actually, with the excellent paint matching, the plastic front fascia matches the factory body paint even more so than it did from the factory. In the unfortunate event I get into another accident, I will absolutely be using Caliber Collision Horn Lake. If you find yourself in the same situation, I believe you should as well.

They took care of my truck the whole way through getting repaired and kept me up to date. Even when insurance was being complicated on paying for my taillight, Zach managed to find one and replace it for me anyways without hesitation. Great service with an even greater staff!

I had a great experience here. They handled everything with my insurance company. Throughout the process they kept me up to date via text as preferred and were super friendly the entire time. I hope I don't get in another hit and run but if I do I'm definitely going back to Caliber. *UPDATE: Well, I got hit again. But just like last time, Caliber took great care of me! They completed my repairs quickly and correctly with excellent customer service. I really don't want to get hit again, but if I do maybe they'll give me a frequent customer discount. 😊

Excellent customer service at the Horn Lake, MS location! Spoke with Zack on the phone, mentioned I was traveling thru & had an issue, he said come on in. When I arrived I was warmly greeted & Zack took my car right away. The issue was taken care of within an hour. Before long, I had the keys back in my hands and driving away with a smile - THANK YOU!

Made an appointment to have car fixed. We picked up the car 12 days later and the work was incomplete. Mike or Mark assured me that they would finish the job in 2 days if we would give them another chance. We made an appointment for two months later in December. We dropped the car off ant the alotted time and a week later the work was still incomplete. They had not even started on it as was assured by the general manager. We had to pick the car up because it’s a business vehicle.
