I thought I was going to be in for rude treatment and poor customer service but I was happily disappointed. I met the manager and another gentleman who treated me with kindness, patience and I was so impressed by these young men that they will be my go to for any of my auto body repair and refinishing work. They were so approachable and didn't hesitate to answer my concerns and questions. I forgot your names but I won't forget how you guys treated me! Thank you.

My truck got into a massive accident, sedan shifted a parked(with e-brake) truck about 10 feet backwards up a slight incline. The accident was bad enough I was sure my truck would be totaled. It wasn't and Caliber fixed it. I should know their names but the front desk lady was as kind as can be and I belive his name is Matt was very informative about the repair progress!
Good customer service is hard to come by these days. These guys are exceptional! From my initial phone call to leaving the shop, they helped turn a bad situation around completely.
Car was in a wreck (not at fault) my insurance USAA said take car here my whole driver side had to be replaced ..first they took almost 3 weeks to fix car stating they keep receiving damaged doors then when I picked my car up the damaged from the accident was done great but I notice they damage another part of my car. They bent and damage the inside of the driver door to fit door on hinge. Which then damaged the hinge. Then said well it's not a safety issue. So now I have to get another rental (at their expense) and leave my car AGAIN. All I have to say is do you own inspection as well
