I would highly recommend caliber collision for fixing of your vehicle. They made my front end look brand new and they were ahead of the estimated date of completion. They made it so easy to work with them too!

I had a perfectly seamless and easy time working with Caliber Collision to get my vehicle looking good again after I was rear-ended. Hopefully, I won't need body-shop services again anytime soon but, if I do, I'll be going back to Caliber.

All around, hands down, A Team at this location. Tanner and Savanna are great at communication and keeping projects flowing. They listened to my specific situation and got things done. I would go out of my way to use this location. This company is really lucky to have these employees. Car looks better than new. Front end, back end, all around great team. We had taken our vehicle to another repair shop to due hail damage. The workmanship was extremely lacking and we took our Titan to Caliber to fix the errors, they did an excellent job.

The shop ordered the wrong mirror (And blamed Ford), body panels was returned damage/dented, hood was put on incorrectly, door is not on properly and making noise, and they charged for parts that they didn't have to purchase (They charged me $250 for a tire that was covered under warranty). When going back to the shop for fixes (Returned 4 times), they claimed it's FORD's issue and they did not take responsibility for the poor body repairs they performed. They just about deflected all blame to shoddy aftermarket parts and not their ability to either screen for poor parts or to paint properly. I would not recommend other than Kimberly who was the nicest person there.

I went in for an estimate on my Tahoe. The lady at the front desk Savannah was so helpful and kind. Even though they weren’t a progressive shop, she was able to point me in the right direction. She took the time to go over the process of my next steps.

This place has great customer service. They finished my repairs ahead of schedule, the quality of the work was well done! Highly recommend Caliber in Castle Rock!
