Laptop had an inflated battery which I needed removed as soon as possible. Another place I looked at (Sacramento Tech Exchange) had a service fee of $149 + whatever it cost for a new battery, in addition to a 3-5 business day wait. When I brought my laptop in here, they simply removed the battery in a few minutes with no fee, and also fixed the bulge in the front caused by the battery. Upon receiving the laptop back they let me take a photo of the battery model so I could order a replacement later (I didn't want to replace the battery immediately). Really reasonable and easy to work with from my experience. Highly recommend.

Walked into Cali-Phonia today and met Ed, the owner , and it was nothing shy of a great experience, he managed to diligently assist me in my technical needs regarding my iPhone, and even fixed my Beats Headphones for free. This establishment is definitely a no brainer when it comes to something electronic repairs. To top it off, they also sell a bunch of phone accessories including cases, and screen guards. Also forgot to mention this shop offers the most competitive pricing you can find in the greater Sacramento area, best bang for your buck when it comes to what you’re paying for and what you’re getting. Took in the phone to get a simple-ish fix of a charging replacement that should've taken 5 or less hours to complete, and after keeping it overnight I'm left to find that they completely took out the phone's ability to have any signal at all. A $40 or so payment that now is held over a payment I have to make for A new phone. Ridiculous, I'd expect a phone place to be able to not screw me over but that didn't happen here. After an absolutely horrible month this is just another piece of the ugly puzzle; and I find it hilarious someone gets to make a mistake that costs them nothing while costing me many hundreds of dollars for a new phone that I now need to go out and buy. Next time I'll bring my expensive livelihoods to someone I can trust.

I've taken both my phone and laptop here. Super reasonably priced, they offer to beat local competitors on price. Good quality and fast work.
