I was very impressed with my Christmas experience. The computer apparently misplaced my reservation but the staff was very helpful and got us a table almost immediately. All the staff was so pleasant and really made us feel welcomed and cared for. The turkey dinner was delicious and there was plenty to eat. I would gladly recommend this to anyone. It was a outstanding experience.

Went here for dinner and had an amazing time. Our food was delicious. Hands down the best steak I have ever had. The burnt ends where heaven. Our server was the best sever, he was attentive, nice and did amazing with his customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

The food was good. The service was good she was nice. The Atmosphere was nice as well.

My drink had almost no vodka in it. We ordered the baby back ribs, and they were dried out. It seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The server was very inattentive, and after we finished eating, it took about 20 minutes to get the check. The best part of the experience was the salad.

Ordered a family Turkey dinner and it was missing the gravy (makes a big deal for mashed potatoes and stuffing). Called back and 1 guy said they didn't have any. A manager said he was mistaken and they just forgot it & offered to comp $5 off the $100 order. Said she'd talk to her GM and get back with me but never did. If you dine in, this would have been easily remedied, so I guess I'm recommending you don't order take out, or dig through everything before you go to verify.

Went to Calhoun's for lunch yesterday. Got seated quickly and got our drinks. I got a pulled pork plate. The pork is tender and smoky with a really good flavor. The sauce is tangy and compliments the smoky flavor. The fries are very good. I like the bbq sauce on them as well. The coleslaw is crunchy and very good. Love the green onion flavor in it. My girl got bbq chicken and mac & cheese. It was also very good. My daughter got a grilled cheese and mac & cheese. All in all a very good lunch. It was busy and service can be stretched a little thin but I understand the situation and have patience. It's a popular place for lunch. Calhoun's seldom disappoints and I would recommend this location. Good southern food in a nice atmosphere.

My father's steak was too hard, my sister's steak was overcooked, the wings were raw, there was a food safety tag in the fried pickles, and worst of all the shrimp wasn't seasoned at all, and had old gross grill char all over it. The server's were never nice, though the cook seems to not care/not know what they are doing.

A great place to go as family! Our waiter was the best part with a funny disposition; making us feel right at home and attending to anything we wanted. The food is great, downhome and great variety. Especially enjoyed picking up a jug of local homebrew and we're looking forward to refilling it when we come back again.
