I have been here for a year and a half. I can tell you do not, I REPEAT DO NOT GET A SMALL ROOM, THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A BIGER ROOM, THEY SAY THEIR IS A LIST BUT NEVER C IT. AND I EVAN HELP THE COMUNITY HERE, I HELP GIVE RIDES TO WORK, I DONATE CLOSES AND TOYS TO KIDS HERE THATS LESS FORTONET. BUT EVERYTIME THEY JUST LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE. YOU WILL NEVER GET A BIGGER ROOM. GRANNY IS PERFECT DONT EVER CHANGE.
Son lived here for a few months. Always had problems with the toilet over flooding. They took forever to fix it..still overflowed after fixing. Floor was warped... Had cockroaches before he moved in and to help him get rid of them. The place is invaded by drugs. His room was always getting broken into and nobody did anything about it other than changing the door handle. Which was still loose. Disgusting place. Needs to be condemned. Just another place to live if needed a quick place but don't stay long. Homeless people always sleeping in the yard..dumpster always filled. People pick out of...nasty area.
Took my son here to move in till another place was ready to rent, can't say much about it, pulled in and right back out, bags trash throwed everywhere, only 1 dumpster, I'm sure had lot to do with it, and then again, some people are just 🤢 nasty 🤮
Great place to live. Management is very courteous and helpful. Been there 3 plus years and hopefully will be there many more.
Great location, as shopping and food are close by. Heather and Jenny are so helpful and accommodating! Any issue I've ever had was addressed swiftly. Maintenance is always available and glad to help. Overall, I've had a great experience.
Absolutely terrible!!! I would greatly advise never staying here. The price is WAY TO HIGH for what it is. The manager is unfair and does favors for some let's some people skip rent but not everyone. She is rude and very unprofessional. The rooms are nasty eat up with roaches and bed bugs. Got bed bugs 2 times in less than a year always loud and people steal your stuff worst place ever
People are just too loud. My purse was also stolen out of a car here so I'll never be back. You could give people a little more room.also, and the air conditioning SUCKS! CLEAN your units for your sweet people living here

Classy, great decor, awesome service and excellent food. She had fish tacos and we both thought they were the best we've had to date from any restaurant. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was the same level of quality, flavor, and presentation.
