Just had an amazing day at Caleb Smith State Park! 🌳🌞 This hidden gem is a nature lover's dream come true. The park offers stunning hiking trails that wind through beautiful forests and along serene streams. 🚶‍♀️🌿 The scenic views and peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect escape from the city hustle.

A nice woods to get away from the hustle and bustle that is all around. Pleasant and easy walking. No trail is challenging. Many are unlabeled but you can’t get lost as the park is simply too small. Besides, you’ll have your cellphone with GPS!

I hike in Caleb Smith several times a month, and I love it. The trails are not difficult, and the scenery is bucolic. Walking these woods is truly a meditation!

There is a $4 parking fee but it is well worthy it! The hiking trails are pretty, and the mansion is also gorgeous.

This place is so beautiful with great Long Island history. It’s nice to walk around the trails. There is a bunch of history written about the wyandanch club that used to be there. A lot of people bring their families here and take photos, especially around peak fall season. Nice!

Little utilized state preserve with a lot of trails, many are a bit hilly. Very peaceful, you can enjoy nature at it's best.

It's a beautiful park, and they kept it quiet clean. Place by the lake is really good. Good amount of benches through out the park. Parking fees applied. I think fall is the best time for this place.

Nice spot on Long Island; sent on a sunday [no cost parking] though we didn't know that at the time. Well maintained, clean, easy to get around. Look for deer they are there & don't run away when people approach. Interesting place to spend an hour or two.
