We had to change the design two days before pick up and not only did they let us, they made it PERFECT! We got a ton of compliments on the design and it seriously tasted so good!! We were quoted double/tripple the price by everyone else around us. The customer service here is top notch! Thank you guys again for making my daughters cake so perfect, we will be using you guys again.
Really enjoyed the cake we ordered for momma! She loved it, they were able to do a Halloween themed cake and it tasted pretty good for being a fancy cake. It had a filling layer and we would order from here again
I cannot thank this place enough! We have been going to them for YEARS since I was in high school. My whole family has gotten cakes from here for birthdays!

Not happy to what happened to us.
My wife ordered a jello (big one) for my birthday with days of anticipation, once she got there to pick up the order they told her that they run out of ingredients and that they could not get our jello. She asked why and they just told my wife "So sorry, we have too many orders and we were busy."
She ask something for the inconvenience, but they just gave her like 2 dollars discount for other type of Jello they have.
At least what they should do is to call us and let us know, so we don't have to drive there.
We have been clients there for many years, but their services are getting bad. Not happy for this experience we have there since my birthday is Christmas Eve.
By the way, the cakes flavors are still great.
Such an amazing business to work with! We have worked with Edith twice for my sons 1st and 2nd birthdays and both times they made us feel like we had been life long customers. Great communication and up very front about what they can and can't do in terms of their custom cake options.
For our son's 2nd birthday we were unable to go the store in person, but after a quick phone call they instructed us to text a specific phone number with any reference photos. We text 5 options of cakes we thought would match our theme and Edith called personally to talk about each one of them. There was never any pressure to commit to anything until we were 100% sure we knew what we wanted.
We found one other photo of a cake we thought would be awesome for our two fast two furious themed party and text it in.(attached photo with the big car and stop sign). Edith confirmed that she could make it happen with the small changes we asked for and boy did she deliver. It looked and tasted amazing!(Attached photo of cake by itself and cake with the topper and cars we added to it.)
100% would recommend everyone to give this place a shot for custom options and just in general as a panderia!

Ordered a cake for my nieces birthday from here and the icing on the outside tasted so bad, we threw the cake away. Called them to let them know and they totally acted like they didn’t care, great customer service ha !
Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another cake from their second location (maybe they made them better there and they do) and when I picked up the cake, the girls there, which I think are the managers were very rude!! Their prices are great but customer service is not.
