The rooms had live roaches! I was given room 120 at first; room had very strong and unpleasant odor then upon inspection I seen a roach on the wall on side of the bed. I went back to request another room, 111. I inspected that one I found 4 roaches in the room. I demanded a refund. The lady at the window was very rude and stated they had just sprayed and no refunds. I slept in my car instead. I understand that pest control needs to be done; however, they should not be renting rooms if they still have live pests in them. This is super unsanitary. I also called the number to complain and no one ever reached back out to me.
no remote, no lamp shade, curtains messed up, bad room. the chair is really old and dirty, I should have asked to see the room first, I am guessing not to many repeat customers, I hope everyone get a different room than what I ended up with, I will leave the lights on tonight
I went to the Cajun inn to visit a friend and the lady at the desk refused to give my friends' bathroom tissue stating that my friend was lying and there was plenty of tissue in the room. Also the room had no shower curtain in it.
The women who works the overnight shift at the front desk is very rude and negative. This isn't our first time dealing with her attitude either. She is always going out of her way to make sure that "certain" customers are able to get a room while other customers are treated unfairly and she seems to just make up the rules, guidelines, and prices depending on whatever mood she is in and to whomever she decides she would like to treat fairly. I think that experience worst customer service skills I have ever observed.
No toilet paper we literally had to ask for some Like I thought they had to put some while they're cleaning it? It's common sense. There's no phone in the room to call the front desk. The door didn't shut right we had to put all our weight into it just to shut it. And the room had a really weird smell. There's holes in the walls and wires aren't covered up like they should be. Carpet is really dirty my shoes literally stuck to the floor. The chairs are really dirty and stained. The table felt like a saftey hazard because is was so wobbly and about to fall apart the screws were literally falling out there were staples sticking out the side of the table aswell. There was no trashcan to our trash in. And there was a dirty diaper and a can kicked underneath our ac unit. We asked for a cleaner room and they told us they didn't have any empty rooms left but turned around and rented a room to a couple. I have to say it's one of the worst rooms we've had. We will not be returning to this hotel.

NEVER GO HERE. The ceiling is coming apart, fridge is iced over, shower curtain is dirty, in fact, everything is filthy! No extra toilet paper, walls are coming apart as well. Basically no towels. I really wish I could rate this a 0 star
The worst place I've ever seen. I walked in walked out. I lost $; but it was that bad. Unbelievable that people can actually stay in these places. It's like they don't even try to clean it. The carpets were black with filth & everything was for that matter!
