rooms are ok, not enough space if you wanna bring your family. people in the office are good people, but the room service is TERRIBLE cleaning lady did NOT EVER come in once to clean or to even ask if we needed towels, toilet paper, or any assistance. wifi is bad in some rooms, not enough channels in the tv and also cold water was not working i advised the lady from the office about it and they did NOT DO A DAMN THING ABOUT! 😡😡 owner went into our room just turned on the water and that was it. was showering with hot water for 3 weeks and they didn't even bother to ask if we wanted to move rooms. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY IN!! 🤬😡

BAD BAD BAD!!! The rooms are discusting! Stayed for a whole week and never came to clean the room ! I asked for house keeping and they gave me a broom instead ! Really bad service !! The room smells like fish and theres alot of dead bugs everywhere !! Deffenitly not comming here anymore !

We came from Houston to work on a new restaurant in town and stayed here for 9 days. Rooms were ALWAYS fresh & clean every day when we returned from work. Clean sheets & towels, etc. Front desk people were very nice & helpful. Laundromat on site was spot on! Cheap to use and dryers actually dry your clothes in one cycle! Lol Overall it was a pleasant stay!🙂

Called ahead of time, got availability and price ($102 for 2 beds), lady on the phone was pleasant. Got here, paid, got the key, and the lady was pleasant the whole time. The building looks really nice with a clean stone face and some fancy paint. Before even entering the room, I could hear the ac unit struggling (this is addressed after an inspection of the room). The shower is awesome, there's a small stove and a desk area, and the bathroom looks clean. So why the 1 star? 1). After checking out the ac filters, there's 1/4 inch of nastiness in each one (thus the struggling sound noted earlier). 2). The bedding is visibly dirty, smelly, and wrinkled as if slept in already. 3.) Whoever "cleaned" the stove left grease and food particles, and completely missed a radius around the knobs (leading to the most disgusting of all). 4.) Roaches You can tell this place has had some renovations fairly recently, but no matter what other good things you have going on here, I can not recommend this place. Your lack of cleanliness is why you still have the roaches from the reviews 7+ months ago. Also, sound carries well through the walls and doors. The reason I have been able to type this at 4am is because my neighbor's snoring, blasting the tv, and there's a whistling contest somewhere in the parking lot.

This place is absolutely amazing the rooms are very clean and up-to-date. After having a horrible experience at another hotel nearby coming here this place was like heaven. The employees are so very nice and respectful and helpful in any way they could possibly be. If you're looking for a nice clean place to stay that is quiet with wonderful people at the front desk at your service anytime you need them. My experience checking in was excellent she was so very nice warm and caring. My experience walking into my room I fell in love. This place is absolutely amazing to us ever I need to stay in Gonzales I promise you this is my first choice. So if you're looking for a nice comfortable place to stay while you're visiting Gonzalez I would very much recommend you give them a try and I promise you will be satisfied with the results. My reading 10:10. I did feel this way until the owner had me outside at 1am in my underwear telling me to get out at that hour with my kids after I paid for a whole week with no refund. Horribly treated me and my kids.

1st time here. Visiting for a biker rally. The staff was friendly. The room was smokey even though it was a non smoking room. I carry disinfectant spray but it was ok after. Towels were freshen daily. Decent for overnight passing through.

THIS WAS THE WORSE STAY EVER !!!!! Me and my Wife got a room here for 4 nights, and it was terrible the room smelled like old wet clothes there were dead bugs laying on the ground floor was dirty , bathroom was terrible toilet seat wasn’t even cleaned tub was nasty 🤢. The comforters smelled and were dirty and had bunch of cigarette burns in it. Tv didn’t work at all , housekeeping was terrible. My wife got a bad rash sleeping on these sheets nasty sheets . I would recommend you not to stay at this hotel.
