Got a 16oz macchiato for $8.22. That’s crazy they charge you extra for the vanilla. Macchiato is literally vanilla and Carmel and they charge you extra for the flavor? Over priced, nothing special.
Fantastic way to start your day.
Best quality coffee roasts prepared by professional baristas that clearly know their beans and how to treat them.
Super friendly and efficient service. What else can you ask for? Oh yeah... Quality locally sourced foods from Macrina, La Spiga, Gelatiamo, etc.
Why would you want to go anywhere else?
Good coffee, clean and spacious indoor atmosphere, and the staff were friendly!
I once came here and ordered some coffee and a breakfast item. The food was not fully cooked. I took it back to the counter and explained the situation. I wasn't upset but, what bothered me was that the lady thought I was lying and snatched the food out of my hand. What's worse she didn't get me a new one and put it back in the mini oven after I had bit into it. I filed a complaint and never heard anything back.
Never coming back or any other Umbria. DONT COME HERE. THEY WERE RUDE.
Spacious cafe along Occidental, reminiscent of Italy, with the deep woods and pastry counters. Old grinding machine on display. Beautiful tall windows. Chai latte was spicy and tasty. Friendly staff.
Employees are wonderful and the only saving grace of this establishment, albeit seem poorly treated by management. Is any standard coffee training provided? The coffee tastes like the espresso machine is never dialed in correctly, if ever!! (management doesn’t seem to care about quality) same macrina pastries as every single other cafe in Seattle… just another business that puts profit over people and profit over quality. My favorite employee, a very experienced and kind barista seems to have been sacked. The one showing solidarity with Palestine, if this was the reason they were fired then SHAME on you genocide apologists. Let it be known that people of morality in Seattle are watching to see how businesses are acting in this time. Your actions reflect poorly on this business and any values or community they claim to care about. It is clear Umbria is a company morally devoid of any community care or values, both towards your customers and employees. This employee made me and many others feel welcomed and safe, and consistently made delicious coffee and recommendations. Honestly, what unprofessional decision making and show of leadership skills Manager M.
It is a cafeteria within the normal with wide spaces even with this of the pandemic you can enjoy a good coffee inside with your social distance this time very friendly you can talk you can have a coffee even work or do your homework inside this place the price They are very accessible, the atmosphere is very relaxed and in general it is not very crowded, and it is also located in a great area, which is the Pioneer Square area.
I had the best latte I’ve ever experienced here.
However, the area has many homeless, and that’s no fault of the cafe.
In my experience, I sat by the window and a homeless man who had been loitering out front came inside and sat next to me and stared, saying he wanted to get me to shut up. He proceeded to mumble incoherencies and it became clear he was schizo. He must’ve hallucinated me talking to him since he could see me in the window.
As a sheltered suburb resident not used to this, it was concerning to me and I left. As I was leaving, Umbria staff was encouraging him to leave, so I appreciate that and it appears they were handling it as appropriately as possible.
I would recommend, but wouldn’t recommend sitting by the window, as to minimize drawing attention to yourself from anybody outside. Maybe this is just a normal Seattle experience, but if you’re not accustomed to it then it may be concerning.
The only drip coffee worth drinking! So delicious! It was thick, bold and flavorful. All-too-often, coffee shops, even well-known ones, give you watered down poor-tasting coffee but Santo did not. They exceeded my expectations. The environment was gr
Our whole experience was so inviting. Really great customer service. Very cute establishment. Love that you donât let people pick up the kitties. Coffee was amazing. Will have to try snacks next time! The only thing I can say was it was an extremel
What a discovery. We pretty much came across this place on a quick Google search for dessert near me and boy this place stands out. I highly recommend their Eclairs burrito. The waffle and crepes are equally good.
Such excellent tasting desserts and
The vibes here are amazing! This is a Seattle favorite. Everyone I encountered was great. Patrons and staff. It was uplifting and a great place to talk and get stuff done. Music wasnât too loud either. All the food is delicious. I sampled some trea
The fresh baked cinnamon rolls (weekends only) are so delicious and comforting! Worth the trip alone, but I also had the classic eggs benedict, which was fantastic! I loved the little potato-patty thing that comes with it - it was like a crispy, garl
The Usual is a modern, yet cozy coffee shop. I enjoy the pastries and cirniki. The high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is. The coffees are good and I enjoyed the seasonal special. Seating can be limited during busy times, so try to visit durin
Iâve tried so many coffees in so many places, so many countries, but none of them can compare to this place. Iâve never enjoyed coffee more. I can't stop talking about it and telling all my friends that they should visit! My dad came to visit me
Not much downtown for breakfast, but this little restaurant is GREAT! Omelets, breakfast sandwiches, and cereals are available here. Had a 3 egg omelet with sourdough toast. Very good. I'm not a coffee drinker (sorry), so I can't speak to their coffe
This coffee shop is one of the few that opens early in the morning. They make very cute latte art and the latte itself tasted amazing too! I got hazelnut flavored latte. My husband also enjoyed his dripped coffee as well. Glad that we stopped by and
I started at this gym in Oct 2023 as I was getting back into my fitness journey after a prolonged hiatus and I couldnât have picked a better place to re-enter. Iâd been to a few F45 gyms on trial and enjoyed my experience. This location was close
Clint is an awesome person and gym owner. He cares about the safety and satisfaction of all his gym goers. The gym itself is equipped fairly well with pull and push machines, a couple leg machines, and free weight equipment. Gym is open late and is n

My wife and I came here by accident. We were both very pleasantly surprised by the taste of real coffee. But the main thing is a pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive quiet music, a cultured audience and very friendly staff. A small coffee shop with a big
I've been training at Renzo Gracie Seattle for about a year and a half and the atmosphere, coaches, and teammates have been exceptional. I started as a complete beginner and have had no complaints.

This is a super neat hidden gem! I went here once in a date, and once with my boys. It was tough to keep an eye on my eight year old to keep him from breaking an antique phone! I want to visit once more just by myself so I can take my time looking at
Super cute shop on the 3rd floor of the Pacific Place Mall that features handmade items from independent vendors both local and further away. It is the sister store of Bezel & Kiln on the 2nd floor. The employees are very friendly and conversational.
I have been going to Athletic Form for over 6 months, and so happy to have found them. I have been training for years & didnât realize the benefits of having amazing trainers.
Great vibes , music, and overall community! Highly recommend.
