Nicole is amazing! Friendly, and makes amazing coffee. Loved the service! And the place is cute & has vegan options for vegans like me.
Third different Nero restaurant. Same excellent pastries and sandwiches as other Nero's. Turkey croissant is my go to fav. Again, no condiments provided, bring your own mustard mayonnaise. It keeps the costs down. Lots of coffee drinks available. Paid parking next door.
Food is really good, but often run out of many bake goods by afternoon. Coffee is quite good, but espresso shot a bit burnt tasting. Love the cozy atmosphere but can be quite full. Lines are common. Service is really good.
Great service, with attention to detail on coffee drinks. They can be a bit overwhelmed during Cars and Coffee in the adjacent lot, but they are pretty remarkable at moving the line along. Nice vibe, good coffee, and good service.
What a prize it is! As a sweet treat, I had a slice of lemon cake that is not shown in the picture, along with an avocado and salmon toast, and an oatmilk latte. Everything was wonderful, but the atmosphere is where it really shines. The rustic shelves that are beautiful in every way, especially because they are lined with gorgeous bound books. Will without a doubt be coming back.
I love Cafe Nero Andover, the staff are always polite and nice. However the level of cleanliness and hygiene has gone significantly downhill in the past year. This week there were flies all over the muffins and it is not the first time I noticed this. You can see the small black flies on the pistachio muffins. This is in full view of the customers where you can order food.
IF you can get over serving staff touching their hair, nose, face, then your food and sniffling into the drinks as they prepare them, you may not mind the overpriced coffee and snarky service. Pre-made vegan sandwiches and chicken salad sandwiches are in a display case with other pre-made sandwiches and looked like they had been there from the day before. The sandwiches display was enough to make your stomach turn on its own. As you wait 15 minutes in a small line for 2 coffees (having changed your mind on ordering food due to the lack of sanitary habits and the sounds of sniffing and coughing by the 2 servers), and you take in the atmosphere of waitstaff who were more interested in talking to each other about how they messed up other customers orders, you look around and get queasy. Staff there had no gloves in any food preparation activity. They repeatedly touched body parts, handled money, then prepared customer's food, Area *cleaning cloths* being used by staff members were usedfor expresso and milk steaming machines then on the counters and never rinsed in between. We wondered how it was possible that the board of health hasn't paid them a visit before and train their young staff... This is a one and done for us. PLENTY of coffee places in a few hundred feet to enjoy!
Great coffee at reasonable prices—much superior to Starbucks. a warm, inviting, and comfortable setting. Strongly advised for coffee enthusiasts!
Had an amazing experience here. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon at around 12 noon, and it was all packed, but the staff greeted us warmly and seated us at a tiny table. Soon after some patrons left, they offered to move us to a bigger table by the
We held a private event here and had a wonderful experience. Linda was helpful and flexible in the planning at every step. The private room was beautiful and the food was fantastic.
I have stayed here a few times since my son started college in the area and itâs been a great experience. Itâs located in an industrial but has parking and homelike amenities. We used their available outdoor grills and patio and saw others sittin
