Café Zupas - Fast food restaurant in Meridian - 2148 N Eagle Rd STE 100, USA

My wife loves Café Zupas. It's one of her favorite chains. This location had great food and quick service. The men's bathroom was a little grungy, though. My kiddo wasn't a huge fan of using the toilet there. Otherwise, it was a great dining experience!

I always enjoy the fresh salads and soups that are available. With my dietary restrictions, they are always so accommodating with my adjustments. Staff is always friendly. Produce always fresh. Soup is always hot! A great place for a clean lunch or dinner.

Overall, not a great experience. Showed up at 7pm on a Sat night and was in the drive thru line for an hour before waiting with 4 other cars in the parking lot Missing rolls for meals and my son's drink for his 1.25 chicken tenders and a fruit cup that you could see the bottom of (see image) Desert was ordered and paid for, but was replaced and I didn't find out about it until the brought the order out and the replacement desserts were dismal. The staff were great and apologized for the delay, but I didn't realize we were missing food until I got home. Overall, I wouldn't recommend eating here.

I just moved to Idaho last week and saw on Facebook a new location of a restaurant called "Cafe Zupas" was opening up in the Meridian area. I have never been to a Cafe Zupas restaurant before today but when I saw a event on Facebook I knew I had to attend their grand opening as they were offering half off an order, samples, free food and chances to win more free food !! I'm so glad I attended as this Cafe is awesome!! Thr employees are so friendly and the food is outstanding! There's plenty of healthier options and something for everyone's taste here. It reminds me of Panera but WAY BETTER!!! I got the cranberry turkey brie and a Chipotle glazed chicken salad in a pick 2 combo which came with a small chocolate covered strawberry and dinner roll. I also tried their honey lemonade and the caramel brownie and a sample of their pumpkin chorizo and chicken enchilada soups. Everything was soooo dang goood!!! I love the vibe here and I'll definitely be back again very soon with my fiancé!!

I ordered using the phone service, the first woman I spoke with was very confused and didn’t know what I wanted. She also couldn’t find certain ingredients I was wanting to add to my salad so instead of trying to assist she decided to transfer me to the store directly. This was a complete waste of my time as the store does not take orders directly. I had to call back a second time and spoke with Courtney on the line. Courtney was competent, prompt and courteous. She assured me she would have my order put in ASAP as I was on my lunch break and it takes 20 mins to get to this location not including traffic. After arriving I sit outside at curbside as selected on the phone, use the link to inform them and no one comes out. So I go inside to grab my order , review the receipt, it was correct, glance at my salad it looked correct, not the case. I also unfortunately didn’t have time to open the box and unwrap the sandwich but given my faith I ran with it, that was a mistake. After utilizing my entire lunch hour due to traffic, I get home to find my sandwich in fact has special sauce on it, something I cannot have due to said severe allergy that was clearly specified on the receipt and order ticket. I called back and they did offer a refund, at first she was only going to refund half but then offered it for the full meal. I honestly do not understand why the half refund was even mentioned given the severity of the situation. I hope the manager is truly informed as this is not the first but second time this has happened and allergies are no joking matter. The first time I caught it in store and had them remake it. Had I not been paying attention this time and took a bite of my food, this feedback would be provided in a much different manner. Please slow down, pay attention and do better.

Yikes. Went in for the first time. Veggie chicken sandwich was inedible, Mac and cheese was cheese sauce and 4 noodles, and paid 1.25$ for one chocolate covered strawberry and it was tiny & half white. My son was laughing his butt off as that was his reward. I asked the guy at counter if this Mac and cheese was always like this and he said yes. Wasted $20 and will never be back.

*FIRST TIMER* Rebekah was OUT STANDING. I never try new things and she made me and my bestie feel so confident we’d love the soup, and WE LOVED THE SOUP ( pumpkin chorizo soup) our new spot for girls day lunch! ❤️

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PICKUP IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE IT READY ON TIME. They prepare in person orders before online orders and my order was delivered 40+ minutes after the pickup time even though I ordered over an hour in advance of pickup. They also will not communicate how behind they are! The staff were hostile towards those of the two dozen other people waiting who dared ask when their order would be ready. Management needs to wake up and address this. Horrible experience and not the first time I've had it here -- but it is the last.
