Café Zupas - Fast food restaurant in Woods Cross - 2577 S Wildcat Way W, USA

I order via mobile app and they had curbside so I chose that. I was told my order was ready for pick up and I went and parked in one of the designated parking spots and notified I was there for my order. I waited 22 minutes in my car and no one brought my order out, so I went inside and picked up my order only to find out it was ready and just sitting there. If you offer curbside I shouldn’t have to be leaving my car and going inside to pick up my order.

Zupas has such a great menu. Super good sandwiches, salads, and soups. I ordered the pumpkin chorizo and was delighted at the awesome taste. Was so good. The establishment is very clean and has plenty of tables. The service was excellent, too. Would highly recommend Zupas for a great dining experience.

I ordered the Korean bowl with chicken but when I got back to my office I had brisket. I don’t eat red meat. I called and talked to the manager and her English wasn’t very good. I had no idea what she was saying to me. Very poor service and will never go back. She definitely was not manager. material.

The food is really good, but man, the restaurant is filthy. There were at least 5 crew members standing around as trash overflowed, multiple tables were dirty, drink station was dirty with no small lids, and their machine also had no carbonation ( I think that was beyond their control). Hopefully, they start taking more pride in their location.

All the employees here are so friendly! I've had a rough day and even though I was probably received as grumpy every one of them seemed to be in a genuinely good mood and were very kind to me. I really appreciate their positivity. I suppose the chocolate strawberry doesn't hurt. Lol. Whomever is in charge here must be doing a great job, cause morale seems sky high. I ordered mushroom bisque and pork salad, both were great. There is a good amount of padded seating, greatly appreciated. The bathroom was clean - smelled nice even, and that fancy all-in-one sink is a trip!

This was our first time trying Zupas. Excellent experience! The wife and I both had the avacado chicken chop salad. I think the mushroom bisque may be the best cream of mushroom I've ever had! We share a strawberry cream brulee. One of these places needs to open in Farmington, NM!

Extremely lazy staff. I came in to order at 10:40, they said we’re not open yet but there doors are unlocked and they’re taking online orders. The blonde girl running the front was too busy looking at her phone to take orders. I put in the online order and picked it up at 10:50. What a joke. This was 12/26/23

I've been to a few zupas now and they're super stingy with the salad topping, I feel like I'm paying $11 for a bowl of lettuce. When i ask for tomatoes, I usually get 4-5 halves and that's it. As an east coaster, I miss CoreLife's generous servings! I wish they were out here!
