Love the food at Cafe Zupas! My favorite is the veggie sandwich and noodle soup. Fair prices. My daughter loves the nuggets with fruit and chocolate strawberry. Thank you!

Usually I don't review fast food places because you get what you pay for but in this case with what we paid, the food quality was not worth the price. Usually all of the other Zupas we have been to I don't have this problem. Guess it just must be the lack of care from someone here, hope they fix the problem soon........by the way this tomato soup is almost as thick as mashed potatoes.

Definitely coming back for a girls lunch day. The food was light and yummy. It was very busy as expected but the good and service was great. Everyone was so nice. Great addition to the area!

Great to have a Cafe zuppa in the area. Healthy food options, tasty food, served hot. Opening day was super busy as expected. It's worth going to eat. 2nd Day: Place was still busy as they just opened. Good food and fast service.

I'm never coming back. My first experience was 2 weeks after they opened around 5pm. I understand they were still fairly new but I was in the drive through FOR AN HOUR AND HALF....imagine all the cars behind me too....it was terrible. I decided to give it another try....waited 20 minutes and my order is wrong. 1st they gave me veggies (no lid) instead of a fruit side for the kids. She went to fix it, cool...came back with the fruit with no lid. I understand you are trying to hurry but do it right and slow down. I get home and I have the wrong salad, this is OBVIOUSLY NOT A COBB....with 4 pieces of chicken....pics attached..staff needs more training.

My first time at Cafe Zupa. Sandwich and soup fare. Do not think what the pictures on the wall menu is representative of what you are getting. My Wisconsin cauliflower soup had no toppings. The vegetable chick pea soup had no chick peas. Bright and airy interior. Bus your own tables.

I ordered a golden curry bowl late at night. When i arrived it was 8:55 and there will still customers inside. I put notes and added avocado which was $2.00+ and put NO roasted chicken. There was a bunch of chicken cut up super tiny and spread all throughout the bowl. Even on the very bottom. I know they saw the note because they added the avocado which again i did pay for. The chicken was also cut up SUPER tiny at the bottom making it impossible to “just pick out” as im sure a lot of extremely inconsiderate people would suggest. I also left a tip so im actually really irritated. If you have any dietary restrictions i’d just take your business elsewhere because the staff is clearly careless. Also and this is the last thing, they didnt even try to make it presentable everything was thrown in. I work in food service myself and this was just a very disappointing experience. I cant stress enough how small the chicken that was placed at the bottom of the bowl was cut up. It was like a f you for ordering late, as if there werent people still in the lobby. I also did try to place the order over the phone they said they couldnt do that which i understand. But when you call it actually gives you an option to place the order over the phone so that was weird. Anyway i’d like a refund because after attempting to pick out the chicken and seeing it literally spread out everywhere in tiny pieces i gave up and went to sleep.

What a great experience! We showed up at around 7pm and the parking lot was PACKED. We just happened upon somebody pulling out and snagged the spot. When we walked in, the place was only about half full. All that car traffic was for the other establishments in the center. There were a lot of employees in the back. Maybe it's for training since the place is so new? Not sure. The first guy we came across helped us out with the menu. He may have been a manager or owner or something. I got a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich and Chipotle Pork salad. It was a combo for about $12. It was very good! The sandwich was a little on the small side so don't think you can get away with just a sandwich as a meal. Pair it with a salad or soup. My wife got a sandwich paired with a pumpkin soup. She enjoyed it too. We also got a brownie and a pumpkin creme brulee. The brownie was good but the creme brulee was amazing! Price was good, food was good, customer service was good. We will be back. Not sure yet how to manage that parking lot. I hope they add more parking.
