This place is a lovely lowkey cafe to go to if you’re looking for a view! Right on the water, can get a cozy drink and warm crepe to enjoy while catching up with a friend. An aspect I like about this place is that it’s open late until 10 pm, not a lot of places are open by then but they are!

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Been coming here for three years now and oh my gosh, I could rave about this place all day. They have literally THE BEST food. Their scones are top tier and their crepes are to DIE for. Their customer service is on top, they are always so nice to everyone and they're in such a cute location and gosh. This is just an amazing place. I'd give this a million stars if I could. Come here, you WILL NOT regret it!!!!!!!!!

Discovery this new place for me and love it they are very friendly, the coffee delicious and the breakfast very good plus has a beautiful view in front of the water!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Cafe Water Street. I went with a few friends, and we all relished the delightful atmosphere, scrumptious scones, and aromatic coffee. While the service from the gentleman serving us seemed a bit cold, the experience of having a cafe with outdoor seating right on the wharf was truly delightful. Prices were really good too, I highly recommend stopping by if you're in town.

I have gone here over a dozen times as I just moved to Warren a few months ago. The owner is completely inappropriate to his young female staff and more than obnoxious and rude to customers. He rolled his eyes at me for attempting to order a crepe with just fruit in it, told me if I ordered it like that to not complain that it’s dry. Owner told my mother that her drink order didn’t make sense as she asked for decaf coffee with 2 shots of espresso. When owner offered the dark roast coffee, then told me he was not making 2 fresh pots for an order. I only asked for what he offered to have to begin with. Every time the owner is there the experience is incredibly off putting and you feel a bother for coming into the place to begin with. His staff are amazing and I hope he honestly gets shut down for being a creepy predator with young woman.

Great for breakfast or dinner. The crepes are delicious and very reasonably priced. Cafe Water Street is in a great location on the waterfront in Warren, RI.

Those maple scones are my favorite. Quaint spot by the water. They have specific parking spots. Highly recommended for a coffee and treat.
