Cafe Tempo Coffee House - Cafe in Warwick - 32 Toll Gate Rd, USA

Really awesome coffee shop right off the highway and close to shopping on bald hill. We went mid morning on Christmas vacation week and it was packed. Barely any parking and the drive through line was wrapped all the way around the building. I went in to order two coffees and two sandwiches and it took about half an hour or so from start to finish (I think they make all the sandwiches fresh to order - which is a plus). I don’t know if the busyness was normal or not, but I probably won’t go here if I have time constraints. Drinks were good overall and sandwiches were very tasty. I get a 16oz 3 shot hot whole milk latte with no flavor/sugar and the espresso was good, but the milk was steamed too hot so it took a while to cool down enough to enjoy (once it did, it was excellent). My husband usually gets an iced white chocolate mocha, but they were out of white chocolate so he got a regular 20oz 4 shot hot mocha instead and said it was very good.

Good spot for a place like this. Right off the highway. Easy to get back on. Near a rotary. Prices are super reasonable. They were super busy even at 12:30 in the afternoon. Every thing was ready quick. Drinks were ready in about a minute. sandwiches in about five. They have a ton of staff working in the back, I think like seven of them. So they were super efficient. Everyone was working well together. There’s like a cafe style section and a fast pick up bar area. I LOVE comfortable seating so I liked the variety in seats and the big couches. I think I may have accidentally ordered diet food. It was very mild flavor. I don’t think it was salted or anything. So next time I will be sure to mention… but the bagels are amazing. Just the sandwich has like no seasoning etc but that was maybe my bad. I ordered something that may have sounded like diet Definitely will come back. Great employees here that get stuff through quickly.

Amazing service, breakfast sandwiches and pastries! Their coffee was the best I had in RI and the prices were lower than expected for the quality. If I lived in RI this would be a daily morning stop! The atmosphere was what you would expect of a coffee shop. Don't be surprised if they have a line, seems to be a popular place. If you are near Cafe Tempo don't think of driving by without stopping!

Small cafe with lots of options! There will be something for everyone in your party here. Coffee, flavored coffee, pastries, sandwiches, they have it all. The small outdoor seating is a nice touch especially on the warm days or those, like me, who brought their dog along. One of associates was even kind enough to bring a water bowl and treat for my dog - what a kind gesture of her! This was the first but will not be the last time I visit when I'm in the area. Great atmosphere and great people.

Great bagels! They seem always busy, but the line moves quickly. Best bagels around, good coffee, good breakfast sandwiches. Haven't tried lunch. Worth a visit.

First time here and I absolutely loved it. I got the Blt Sandwich on Rye Bread with a Mocha Loco Coffee. I also got an Asiago Cheese Bagel with Reg Cream Cheese. It was Delicious. It’s very cute and cozy, fast paced and even has a drive thru. My special requests for my order were correct and the staff were extremely friendly. It’s also in a very convenient location near my vets office.

Sometimes takes a really long time from order to pickup but everything is so good. Chive cream cheese is amazing and the prices are super reasonable. Staff has always been really friendly.

Great little breakfast spot. Iced coffees were made perfectly, amazing danish, cinnamon roll and spinach bagel with veggie cream cheese all did not disappoint. The girl at the drive thru window was so patient, helpful and her customer service skills were top notch. Check this place out if in the area. You won't be disappointed.
